Claims (1)
- シリンダ本体と、このシリンダ本体に設けられ
たピストンと、このピストンの先端に設けられた
ロツドと、前記シリンダ本体の前記ロツドが突出
する位置に設けられ、前記ピストンおよびロツド
が挿通可能な挿通孔が形成されたロータを有する
ステツピングモータとを備えてなり、前記ピスト
ンには、前記ロツド側の端面に軸方向の位置の異
なる段部が設けられ、前記ロータには、前記各段
部の一つに当接可能なストツパが設けられている
ことを特徴とするリニアアクチユエータ。
