A lower mold 14 having a recess 13 large enough to accommodate the protrusion of the second upper mold that pressurizes the bottom, and a cavity 15 in the shape of a protrusion are formed between the recess 19 of the lower mold 14 and the inside of the cavity 15. The required amount of material for the protruding portion is injected, injected, or fed to form the protruding portion, and then the first upper mold 11 is removed.
1, the second upper mold 18 and the lower mold 14 are abutted and fixed, and a sole main portion is provided between the protrusion in the recess 13 of the lower mold 14 and the protrusion 17 of the second upper mold 18. A shaped cavity 19 was formed, and the sole main portion material was supplied into the cavity 19 by a supplying means such as injection, injection, or feeding.

The sole main body material is supplied into the sole main body shaped cavity 19 formed between the mold 18 and the lower mold 14 and the protruding portion in the recess 13, etc. Because the protruding portion and the sole main portion are not bonded too much by the foaming pressure of each material, there is a risk that these multiple layered portions may not be bonded sufficiently and may easily peel off. Each convex portion 1 of the second two types of both upper molds 11 and 18
There were defects such as a protruding part bulging out around the joint between the protruding part and the main body of the sole due to the mismatch between the concave part 13 of the lower mold and the protruding part, and it took time and effort to remove the protruding part.

A protruding portion material 2 is placed between the third mold c, in which each channel 9 is formed to connect the supply recess 8 and the protruding cavity 7, and the recess 8 of the third mold c on one side, for example, the lower surface. The sole main part A and the protrusion part B are pressed and firmly bonded by a sole molding mold such as a fourth mold d having a pressurizing convex part 10 formed thereon. It is something to do.

る。<Effect of operation> The shoe sole molding mold A of the present invention has a shoe main part A molded in the cavity 4 of the first mold a and the second mold b, a recessed part of the second mold b, etc., and the third mold c. The projection portion material 2 is supplied into the cavity 7 formed in step 6 through the supply recess 8 and channel 9 of the third mold c by known means such as injection, injection or feeding, and finally the fourth mold d is fed. The protrusion material 2 in the supply recess 8 is pressurized by the convex portion 10, and the protrusion material 2 is pushed through each channel 9 and the cavity 7 to one side of the sole main portion 1, for example, to the bottom side. This allows the protruding portion B to be molded in close contact. Therefore, the protrusion part B and the sole main part A are strongly and integrally bonded together, and the sole B with protrusions is not easily separated, such as a known one that is bonded simply by the foaming pressure of the material. can be provided.

Inject or inject the solution of the main body part C of the sole by a known means to form the main part A of the sole in the cavity 4, and use the third mold c instead of the first mold a to form the second mold b. The protruding side surface of the convex part 3 is covered and fixed, and the channel 9 is radiated from the supply recess 8 of the third mold c into the cavity 7 in the shape of a protrusion between the second mold b and the third mold. Inject or inject a protrusion material (d), such as unfoamed liquid polyurethane or uncrosslinked synthetic resin solution, which has better abrasion resistance and toughness than the sole main part material (c) by known means. Furthermore, the protrusion material 2 in the recess 8 of the third mold c is pressed into the cavity 7 from the recess 8 and each channel 9 by the convex portion 10 of the fourth mold d.
