Use connectors that are electrically insulated between each connector, and connect the connector terminals provided at the terminals of the wiring harness and the connector terminals of various devices to these connectors, so that they can be branched or interconnected at once. The connection is being completed.

In some cases, a plurality of insulating plates 14 are arranged in between and fixed by a back cover 13. In this example, the ends of the conductors 12 each form a connecting terminal of a connector.

The internal temperature tends to rise due to heat and heat generated by the connector terminals. Therefore, the cross-sectional area of the conductor must be large, and the power distribution box must also be large.

A shielding plate larger than the heat dissipating port is provided inside the case, facing and parallel to the heat dissipating port, thereby forming a gap communicating with the heat dissipating port between the inner surface of the outer wall and the front surface of the shielding plate. , a heat dissipation air flow path is formed which communicates the outside world of the case with a space on the back side of the shielding plate in the case through an inward opening provided in a peripheral portion of the shielding plate, and the outer wall and the shielding plate are connected to each other. This can be achieved by connecting these with a vertical support plate.

A plurality of support plates 7 perpendicular to the outer wall surface are independently provided on the formed outer wall flange portion 5' toward the inside of the case 1. Further, the tip of the support plate 7 is connected to a shielding plate 8 provided inside the case in parallel with the outer wall 5, and a gap 9 is formed between the outer wall 5 and the shielding plate 8, which communicates with the heat dissipation port 6. ing.

Therefore, the cavity 9 also communicates with the back side of the shielding plate 8, that is, the inside of the case 1, through the inner opening 10, but the conductor 2 inside the case 1 is hidden between the flange portion 5' and the shielding plate 8. It is hidden from view from the outside.

Since the heat is easily discharged to the outside through the heat dissipation air flow passage, the internal temperature can be kept lower than that of conventional power distribution boxes.

It may also be provided on the side or back cover, ie, the bottom surface. If they are provided on both the top and bottom surfaces, ventilation will be even better and the heat dissipation effect will be even better.
