Claims (1)
- 所要パターンの導体膜を形成した複数枚の磁性
体を積層して構成した固定インダクタ部と、可動
導体の調節によりそのインダクタンスが可変な可
変インダクタ部とを備え、この可変インダクタ部
を前記固定インダクタ部の上に一体的に搭載し、
かつ両インダクタ部を直列に接続したことを特徴
とするチツプ形インダクタ。
