1. In an apparatus that performs printing, etc. on a printing material, etc. by applying pressure to a continuous carrier supporting the printing material, etc., using an actuating member consisting of a support member and a magnetically attracted member. The electromagnet is provided on the support member such that the surface of the support member used by the actuating member to exert pressure on the carrier is constituted by the end face of the core of the electromagnet, and approximately on the side facing the end face of the core of the electromagnet. A device characterized in that a cover plate made of a non-magnetic elastic resin having good sliding properties and having grooves extending over the range of the end face of the magnetic core is disposed on the support member. 2. The device according to claim 1, wherein the groove is circular. 3. The device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the cover plate is made of a flexible synthetic resin with excellent slip properties (especially low-pressure polyethylene mixed with molybdenum disulfide). TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an apparatus for printing, coating, dyeing, etc. on sheet-like materials using two actuating members that exert pressure on each other or on successive workpiece materials, the invention being directed to an apparatus for printing, coating, dyeing, etc. That is, it relates to a type in which a machining support member is provided with a magnet inserted into a plane serving as a pressurizing or machining support surface, and said surface is covered with a cover. It is known to use devices of this type in printing machines, coating machines, dyeing machines, etc., which use flat or round paper, in which the quality of the surface of the working member facing the material to be processed ensures uniformity of the processing process. It is also well known that It is difficult to produce completely uniform surfaces of the actuating member with the magnetic device, which face the continuous material and are critical to the machining process. This is because the magnetic device is generally installed in such a way that the magnetic core inserted into the plane from below penetrates the area essential to the machining process. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Various devices are already known which aim to solve the above problems in a technically and economically viable manner. For example, Austrian Patent No. 289158 states that on the surface of the actuating member (supporting member) into which the magnetic core is inserted,
It is described that continuous depressions (grooves) are provided. This means that the strip-shaped portion of the groove cannot be used as a contact surface and as an actual pressure receiver for the machining process. The transfer belt supporting the continuous material or the coated steel plate over the grooves becomes the pressure receiver. This device has technical and economic drawbacks. Magnetically pressed working rolls of different diameters can be used depending on the conditions of the machining process in question.
Must be pressed with different pressures. Therefore,
The grooves must be variable in width and depth;
It must be possible to adapt it to the processing conditions in question.
However, in existing equipment it is not possible to change the width and depth of this type of groove. If the grooves are covered, a relatively rigid coated steel plate is required for this purpose. The thinner the coated steel sheet, the greater the risk that it will bend and new machining defects will occur. On the other hand, the thicker the coated steel plate is, the weaker the pressing magnetic force becomes, and the more functional problems appear. However, if the grooves are not covered, dirt will accumulate unevenly within the grooves even after only a short period of use, making it more likely that functional problems will occur. Furthermore, the grooves are difficult to clean. Another similar strategy to improve uniformity is to
The contact surface into which the magnetic core is inserted is covered with a cover (for example, a steel plate cover), and a spacer whose thickness and mutual distance can be changed relatively easily is installed under the cover. Although this method is technologically more advanced than the structure mentioned in the introduction, it has the disadvantage that if too thin a steel plate is used, unevenness will occur due to curvature, and if a thick steel plate is used, The drawback is that the magnetic force becomes extremely weak. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to provide a novel elastic support member that does not cause residual deformation even after long-term use, can be configured to any desired thickness, and can be provided with grooves of various widths and shapes. It is a surface cover. The purpose of this is to apply pressure to a continuous carrier that supports a printing material, etc., using an operating member consisting of a support member and a magnetically attracted member, thereby printing on the printing material, etc. wherein the electromagnet is provided on the support member such that the surface of the support member used by the actuating member to exert pressure on the carrier is constituted by the end face of the core of the electromagnet, and the surface facing the end face of the core of the electromagnet; This is achieved by a device characterized in that a cover plate made of a non-magnetic elastic resin having good sliding properties and having grooves on the side extending substantially over the range of the end face of the magnetic core is disposed on the support member. The outer surface of this new cover plate is flat and smooth, and the circular grooves, which are open towards the bottom or the inner surface, behave in cross-section like an arch structure in the load positions presented by the machining process. This new construction of the cover plate has three notable advantages. Namely, the advantage is that the load can be changed optimally for various roll diameters and pressing forces, the elasticity is maintained over the entire load range that appears, and the movement is limited to a very small range of a few centimeters, resulting in optimal elasticity. The advantage of being able to work,
A further advantage is that the cover can be made from a material that does not bend.

Three embodiments are shown in the three drawings. Figures 1-3 are each a partial cross-sectional view of the device. BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION FIG. 1 shows an operating member consisting of a support member 1 and a roller 6 which is a magnetically attracted member, and an end face of an electromagnet's magnetic core 2 inserted into the surface of the support member 1. , a structure in which the cover plate of the present invention is provided on the support member 1 is shown. Cover plate 3 facing the magnetic pole of the magnetic core
A recess (groove) 4 according to the present invention is provided on the inner surface. This recess is circular in FIG. 1, rectangular in FIG. 2, and polygonal in FIG. A continuous sheet-like carrier is indicated at 5. Although the width of each recess 4 is shown to be slightly smaller than the diameter of the magnetic core, it may be the same as or larger than the diameter of the magnetic core. Although not shown in the drawings, the cover plate 3 is fixed to the member 1 so as not to move in the processing direction. The flat or round paper necessary for printing the material is also not shown in Figures 1-3, as it is not relevant to the invention. A suitable material for the cover plate 3 is high molecular weight low pressure polyethylene mixed with molybdenum disulfide (Molykotte).
