    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 洗浄後の液がポンプにより流入すると共に、底
    部に加熱槽を有する蒸留器において、同加熱槽に
    接する位置の上面に設けられた温度センサと、同
    センサを設定温度に制御する温度コントローラと
    、同コントローラにより制御されると共に、前記
    加熱槽に連通する配管上に配設された蒸気入口弁
    とよりなることを特徴とする溶剤の劣化防止装置
    。
