Claims (1)
- それぞれ透光性を有する一対の電極シートが所
定ギヤツプを存して積層され、一方の電極シート
の押圧箇所の座標を検出するようにしたタツチパ
ネルにおいて、前記両電極シートの少なくとも一
方を、透明なベースフイルム上にシールド用透明
導電膜と無機絶縁層および電極用透明導電膜を順
次被着した一枚のシート状としたことを特徴とす
るタツチパネル。
