Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a low cost water bloom treatment and recovery apparatus constituted so that a raw solution and a treatment agent are supplied and mixed on the side of the side surface opposed to the open side surface of an area of which upper surface and one end side surface are opened and the other surface is surrounded by a waterproof sheet and floated flocs of water bloom are recovered on the side of the open side surface. CONSTITUTION:Raw water is sent to both ends of a gathering pipe 2 by a submerged pump and a treatment agent is injected in the gathering pipe 2 through a treatment agent injection pipe 3 and allowed to fall from a large number of the perforations opened to the lower part of the gathering pipe 2 while mixed with raw water and the mixed water is guided to the other region in a treatment frame 1. The mixed water shows a rapid stirring state in front of a distribution plate 4 and a slow stirring state behind the distribution plate 4 to form an extremely good flocculation condition and large flocs of water bloom are generated. The fine air bubbles of the pressurized water injected from a pressurized water jet pipe 5 are bonded to the flocs through a pressurized water feed mechanism to forcibly float the flocs.

In the present invention, as shown in Figs. 1 to 4, the structure is constructed such that the sides and bottom of the three sides are surrounded by waterproof sheets, for example, 15 m long and 4 m wide.
A square treatment frame l with a height of 1.2 m and a height of 1.2 m is installed at one end of the pond, and a submersible pump 9 is placed at the other end of the pond, thereby pumping raw water (untreated water in the pond) into the treatment frame 1. Water is supplied to both ends of a collecting pipe 2 which has a number of holes on the lower side and is located at the top of one end.

Further, a processing agent consisting of a powdered reaction product of, for example, clay minerals and inorganic acids such as A1□O3 and FezO is injected into the collecting pipe 2 via a processing agent injection pipe 3, and this processing agent and the above-mentioned water are injected. The raw water is allowed to fall through a number of holes drilled in the lower part of the collecting pipe 2, while waiting just before it flows into the processing frame 1.

As a result, the mixed water is rapidly agitated before the straightening plate 4 and slowly agitated after it, creating extremely good aggregation conditions, resulting in large agglomerated flocs of blue-green algae.

Furthermore, a pressurized water jet pipe 5 is provided in another area of the treatment frame 1 adjacent to the baffle plate 4, and the flocs that have passed through the holes of the baffle plate 4 are supplied with pressurized water through a pressurized water supply mechanism (not shown). The fine bubbles of the pressurized water ejected from the pressurized water ejection pipe 5 are attached and forced to float. The agglomerated floc floats while flowing within the processing frame l from the upstream end toward the open downstream end, but levitation is completely completed by the time it reaches the downstream end.

Therefore, a collection box 6 with an opening approximately 2C11 below the water surface is provided in the open part of the processing frame 1, and the coagulated flocs are continuously poured into the collection box 6, and the flocs are sucked by the vacuum mechanism 7 into the processing frame. 1 Discharge outside.

Although this rarely happens, in the case of blue-green algae that do not float to the surface, an outflow prevention membrane 8 is installed at the bottom of the processing frame 1 in close proximity to the collection box 6 and extends to a predetermined height from the bottom surface to temporarily stop it. It is preferable to remove it later.

In addition, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, the processing liquid that is processed by the processing frame 1 and discharged from its open end is mixed with unprocessed raw water on the side where the submerged ice pump 9 is disposed. A partition film IO is used to separate the two so that they do not mix.

For example, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, this partition membrane 10 uses a waterproof sheet 13 with a float 11 attached to the upper part and a chain 12 attached to the lower part. When using it, the partition membrane 10 is installed near the processing frame 1, and the partition membrane 10 is moved as the treated water increases.

Since the blue-green algae treatment and recovery 'AM of the present invention is as described above, the size of the treatment frame can be freely determined according to the conditions of the lake, and since this treatment frame is installed underwater, it can be installed anywhere on land. Since there is no need for -11 characteristics, there is a great advantage of cost reduction compared to the conventional method.
