従来の技術とその問題点 従来のアーク溶接機は第2図に示す如く、溶接
機の台枠上にトランス類、リアクトル類、半導体
類、抵抗類等の発熱体部品が取り付けられ、この
発熱体全体を之等の上部に設けた冷却フアンにて
冷却される。この冷却フアンは溶接機内の取付板
10にて固定され、冷却フアン6の上部より吸気
し空気をこのフアンにより下部の発熱体に吹きつ
け冷却している。またこの溶接機内には上記発熱
体とは別に制御基板等12が設けられるが、これ
は冷却フアンより下部の溶接機内を仕切板11に
て仕切り、この仕切板11に取りつけて、一応冷
却用空気が直接あたらないようにしているが、防
塵に於ては限界がある。またエレクトロニクスの
進歩によりアーク溶接機もSCR式からトランジ
スタ式へと移行しており、機器全体が大幅に小型
化されている現情である。従つて第2図に示すよ
うな構造ではスイツチング化による構造としては
ふさわしくない面が生じてくる。つまりトラン
ス、リアクトル類は大幅に小型化され、スペース
も少なくてすむのでケースも小型化が図られる。
逆に小型化がさらにすすめるには制御回路のウエ
ートが大きくなる。即ちトランジスタは複雑な制
御となり、それに伴なつて制御回路が複雑化し、
PC板の占める面積がSCR式より多くなり、逆に
ケースは全体が大幅に小型化し、このPC板は防
塵が必要なため、小型軽量化に伴ない種々の不都
合が生じてきた。

格で、簡単な構造で、しかも防塵を必要とする部
品類を完全に防塵して小型化されるケース内へ納
められるようになしたもので、台枠上に巻線類、
抵抗類、コンデンサ類、半導体類の主要発熱部品
を配置し、その上部に冷却フアンを設けると共に
この冷却フアンの上部に風遮断用の仕切板を設
け、この仕切板上に防塵の必要な部品を配置し、
冷却フアンによる冷却用空気の吸気を行なう吸気
孔を上記仕切板より下方の側板、裏板に設けてな
るアーク溶接機を提供する。

に配設固定される。そして之等トランス、リアク
トル類の上方位置に冷却フアン6を配設する。こ
の冷却フアン6は台枠上所定位置に設けた仕切板
7の下面に垂設し、溶接機の前能発熱体部品及び
冷却フアンを設けた室内と防塵を必要とする部品
の取付室内とをこの仕切板にて完全に遮断するよ
うになす。この仕切板7の上方即溶接機内の最上
部に制御PC板等の取付室を完全なる防塵室とし、
これにより冷却フアンの吹出風及び吸気を遮断す
ると共にこの仕切板にプリント回路板等が設置さ
れる。尚8は出力端子で、9は吸気孔を示し、こ
の吸気孔は仕切板7より下方の側板、裏板のいず
れかあるいは双方に穿孔されるものである。

アンによる冷却用空気の吸気を行なう吸気孔を上
記仕切板より下方の側板、裏板に設けてなるアー
ク溶接機としているため、溶接機内に設けた仕切
板より上方の面積容積をすべてスペースとして活
用でき、プリント基板等の取りつけが簡単となり
小型軽量化に伴ない小型化されたケースにても保
守点検が溶接機の上部からできるので作業性がよ
く、また正面パネルは操作部品のみで、第1図の
従来品の如くPC板BOXがないのでケースの奥行
を短かくでき、使用時の設置面積が少なくてす
み、且輸送に於ても効果がある等の利点を有す
る。
