Abstract

PURPOSE:To send the outside air to a part of the sole of a foot which is liable to suffer from times pedis by integrating an air pump into the latter half part of an insole including a part corresponding to the arch of the foot, and arranging air holes at a place where the foot is likely to have an athlete's foot. CONSTITUTION:An upper component 1 is made of materials of moisture absorption and ventilation, and can be separated from a lower component 2. The lower component 2 consists of a latter half part having a pump part covering from the arch to the heel of the foot as the main body, and the first half part to which venting slits 3 are arranged around the roots of the toes. The air pump of the latter half part takes in the outside air from a tube 4 installed at the inside of the arch of the foot. The air taken in goes through an intake valve 5, and enters an air chamber, and passes through an exhaust valve 6, and goes through a padding material 7 of ventilation of the first half part, and is blown out of the exhaust slits 3 and diffused about the toe-root-part of the upper component of moisture absorption and ventilation. The air pump is made of crescent-shaped plastics shells 8, 9, and the air chamber 10 is built in a rectangular leaf spring 11 of arch shape in section. The intake tube 4 is arranged in a position directing from an intake hole to the inside of the foot and the ankle.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve these problems, the present invention incorporates an air pump into the rear part including the arch of the foot, and arranges air blowholes at positions where athlete's foot is likely to occur. An insole consisting of the structure alone or in combination with a moisture-absorbing and breathable upper B structure has been developed.

(Function) The first function of the insole constructed as described above is that air can be supplied to the sole of the foot by stamping action or the like not only during one walk but also when the insole is standing still. As a result, the drying and scavenging effects of the air suppress stuffiness, making the shoes more comfortable to wear and preventing athlete's foot. Replacing only the father part within a short period of time or refreshing it by washing etc. will be more effective in suppressing the occurrence of bad odors and athlete's foot. The lower structure does not get dirty with sweat, so it can be used for a long time.

The second point is that when the air passes from the pump part to the claw part, the arches of the feet are pressed upward by the compressed air, which also brings about the effect of stepping on green bamboo and improves health.

First, a case will be explained in which the effect of stepping on green bamboo for the first fish is not expected. The upper structure 1 shown in FIG. 2 is made of a moisture-absorbing and breathable material and is separable from the lower structure 2. The lower structure consists of a rear half mainly consisting of a pump section extending from the arch of the foot to the heel, and a front half having a blowhole slit 3 near the root of the toe. The air pump in the rear half sucks in outside air from a tube 4 placed on the inside of the arch of the foot, as shown in FIG. The inhaled outside air enters the air chamber through the intake valve 5, passes through the exhaust valve 6, passes through the breathable core material 7 in the front half shown in FIG. The toes of the upper structure of the toes erupt into the root. The air pump consists of crescent-shaped plastic shells 8 and 9 shown in FIG. A rectangular leaf spring 11 with an arcuate cross section is installed inside the pump chamber -IO. Two intake holes 4 are arranged from the position of the intake hole toward the inner side of the foot. 1: The tube should be long enough for the tip to reach the outside of the shoe or shorter. A breathable core material ~7 is disposed in the front half of the lower structure to ensure breathability through the exhaust valve and the exhaust slit. Pump chamber forming the lower structure-1
0 and its front breathable core material-7 is an airtight skin-12
The toes are sealed from above and below, and slits 3 are made in the upper epidermis near the roots of the toes. If the effect of stepping on the green bamboo of the second fish is expected, the breathable core material-7 is not incorporated.

The intake/exhaust mechanism is located under the curve of the arch of the foot, so there is no risk of damaging the foot due to unevenness when using it, and the intake/exhaust mechanism is placed under the area where the side skin of the shoe loosens when walking, so it blocks the arch. This made it possible to realize an air pump that operates reliably without adding unnecessary thickness. The five-moon air chamber itself has a restoring force against external pressure, but by arranging a leaf spring to strengthen the restoring force, the suction operation is strengthened and the performance of the pump is improved. The insole constructed as described above can dehumidify the inside of the shoe by scavenging air by operating the air pump not only when walking but also when lightly stamping the heel while sitting on a chair. The upper structure absorbs moisture when sweating fleas is larger than the amount of air supplied by the air pump when the user is sitting, thereby suppressing the buildup of stuffiness. Also, if the amount of air supplied increases, the shoes will be dried and the humidity inside the shoes will be adjusted. By forcibly introducing outside air, the air dries sweat and does not utilize the properties of the material, so even if the thickness is thin, it is effective for a long time in suppressing the discomfort caused by stuffiness and athlete's foot, as well as preventing the occurrence of bad odors. can be sustained. Furthermore, if the breathable core material 7 is not incorporated, the air heading toward the blowholes will be pressurized and press the arch of the foot from below, resulting in the same effect as when stepping on green bamboo.
