Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent an inner box from being projected into a refrigeration chamber and to enable an outer appearance to be kept for a long period of time by a method wherein a slit is formed from a part near a projecting groove arranged inside a foamed thermal insulating material and the slit is applied to a metallic plate bent toward the refrigeration chamber and adhesive agent is applied to a surface contacting with a cooling pipe and the inner box and fixed to the inner box in such a way as the cooling pipe arranged in the projecting groove is enclosed by it. CONSTITUTION:A projecting groove 11 projected toward a foamed thermal insulating material 4' is arranged between the foamed thermal insulating material 4' and a cooling pipe 5 along the cooling pipe 5 arranged in a projecting groove 7 of an inner box 3. A slit 12 is formed at a part near the projecting groove 11, the slit 12 is arranged in a metallic plate 13 bent toward a refrigeration chamber 6 and adhesive agent 15 such as acrylic or epoxy system is applied to a surface 14 contacting with the cooling pipe 5 and en inner box 3 and then fixed to the inner box 3. Accordingly, the metallic plate 13 is made integral with the cooling pipe 5 through a bending at the slit 12, rigidly adhered to the inner box 3 with the adhesive agent 15 and even if a cooling operation is stopped due to a certain cause, the inner box 3 may not be projected into the refrigeration chamber 6 and not be deformed around the projecting groove 11 of the inner box.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the above configuration, the cooling pipe 5 is in close contact with the protruding groove 7 of the inner box 3, and is fixed to the entire rear surface 3' with the aluminum foil adhesive tape 8. However, the space 9 formed by the aluminum foil adhesive tape 8, the cooling pipe 15, and the protruding groove 7 of the inner box 3 has been used for many years, and due to the cooling effect of the cooling pipe, the foam insulation material A blowing agent 4' (fluorocarbon not shown) is accumulated in the space 9.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a protrusion that protrudes toward the foam insulation material side along the cooling pipe arranged in the protrusion groove of the inner box between the foam insulation material and the cooling pipe. To create a groove, make a cut from five sides of the protruding groove, and bend the cut toward the refrigerator compartment side so as to enclose the cooling pipe placed in the protruding groove. Then, attach the metal plate to the surface that will come in contact with the cooling bin 1 and the inner box. An adhesive is applied to the inner box to fix it to the inner box.

Function: A protruding groove is provided between the foam insulating material and the cooling pipe on the foam insulating material side along the cooling pipe arranged in the protruding groove of the inner box, a cut is made near the protruding groove, and a cut is made in the protruding groove. The metal plate is bent to the side of the refrigerator compartment so as to enclose the cooling pipe, and adhesive is applied to the surface that contacts the cooling pipe and the inner box to fix the metal plate to the inner box. By bending the notch, it becomes one with the cooling pipe, and is firmly bonded to the inner box with adhesive. Due to the cooling effect of the cooling pipe, the foaming agent of the foam insulation material, fluorocarbon, accumulates, and even if the cooling operation is stopped for some reason, the metal plate will not be able to function as the cooling pipe due to the bending of the cut. Since they are integrated and firmly bonded to the inner box with adhesive, the space made up of the inner box's protruding grooves, the cooling pipe, and the metal plate is constant, with the inner box's protruding grooves being the center. The inner box maintains its appearance at all times without being deformed and protruding into the refrigerator compartment.

Effects of the Invention: A metal outer box forming an outer shell, a synthetic resin inner box forming an inner shell, a foamed insulation material injected and foamed into the sealed space formed by the inner and outer boxes, and a refrigerator compartment of the inner box. Cooling pipes and stringers are arranged on the back side of the protruding grooves formed on the sides, and foam insulation along the cooling nozzles arranged in the protruding grooves of the inner box is placed between the cooling nozzles and the foam insulation material. A protruding groove protruding toward the material side is provided, a notch is made near the protruding groove, and the notch is bent toward the refrigerator compartment side so as to enclose the cooling pie 7'' placed in the protruding groove. Since the metal plate is fixed to the inner box with adhesive on the surface that contacts the box, the metal plate is integrated with the cooling pipe to prevent bending of the notch, and is firmly bonded to the inner box with adhesive. Even if the cooling operation is stopped for some reason, the inner box maintains its appearance at all times without being deformed by protruding into the refrigerator compartment around the protruding groove of the inner box.
