産業上の利用分野
本考案は、片面段ボールを製造するシングルフ

従来の技術及び考案が解決しようとする問題点
従来の下段ロールには、第3図に示すように、

121Bに多数の吸引孔13Bを穿孔し、各円周
溝12Bの吸引孔13Bを軸方向全巾にわたつて
端面14Bから穿孔した複数の横孔15Bに連通
し、横孔15Bを真空吸引装置16Bに接続でき
るようにしたものや、第4図(実公昭59−1790号
公報)に示すように表周面11Cに適当間隔毎に
溝底部121Cをロール段谷部111Cより低く
設けた複数の円周溝12Cを周方向に囲繞し、軸
方向全巾にわたつて端面14Cから複数の横孔1
5Cを穿孔し、各横孔15Cの上部を円周溝12
Cの溝底部121Cに直接連通し、横孔15Cを
端面14Cから真空吸引装置16Cに接続できる
ようにしたものがあつたが、この種の下段ロール
は横孔15B,15Cが端面14B,14Cから
遠ざかる位置ほど真空吸引力が弱まり、このため
真空吸引装置16B,16Cから遠ざかつた円周
溝12B,12Cは中芯紙を有効に吸引保持する
ことができないので、真空吸引のための排気装置
は極めて大きい動力を要し、通常の動力では、吸
引力が不足するので、ロール回転の遠心力によつ
て巻かれた中芯紙がロール表周面から浮き上つて
段成形の不完全、糊付けむら、ライナ紙貼合せ不
充分などを来して片面段ボールシートの品質低下
を来す欠点があつた。本考案は上記問題点を解決
するシングルフエーサの下段ロールを提供するも

実施例

置(図示しない)と通じ、ロール端面14に近い

が、前記負圧孔によつて、それぞれ、前記ロール
中空部に連通するようにしたことを特徴とするシ
