The seedling boxes are held in a horizontal position like a shelf and lifted, and the seedling boxes that have reached a predetermined level by being lifted in this way are sent laterally in the horizontal position and stacked continuously at a predetermined position. 。Therefore, by interposing a device for stacking the seedling raising boxes after sowing treatment into two layers (upper and lower) in the transport system to which the seedling raising boxes after sowing treatment are sent, when using the device of the above reference, it is possible to raise seedlings in a two-tiered state. It is conceivable to increase the processing capacity by sending in boxes, or if the work is to be carried out manually, by doubling the number of seedling boxes that the worker can handle. It is configured to lift the next seedling box and stack it on top of the next seedling box to be sent, or to lower the seedling box after sowing and stack the next seedling box on top of this seedling box. It is possible to do so.

If the total number of seedling boxes sent out from the sowing system is an even number, there will be no inconvenience, but if the total number is odd, the final seedling box may be raised or lowered in the above-mentioned two-tier stacking device. This will continue to be maintained as it is, and there is room for improvement.

A detection means (27) is provided, and when the detection means (27) no longer detects the seedling raising box (1), the seedling raising box (1) is placed in the two-tier stacking device (B).
If there is, it may be possible to configure the seedling box (1) to be sent out as it is without lifting or lowering, but in the case shown in Fig. 6 or 7, In cases such as when the distance between the seedling raising boxes (1) and (1) changes, it may not be possible to determine the presence or absence of the seedling raising box (1) in the transport system (4). Although the presence or absence of (1) can be easily determined, since a plurality of detection means (27) are required, there is room for improvement in terms of cost.

効果は次の通りである。A feature of the present invention is that the seedling raising box after sowing is lifted up and stacked on the top of the next seedling raising box, or the seedling raising box after sowing is lowered and placed on the top of this seedling raising box to be sent next. A two-tier stacking device is configured to perform one of the stacking operations for overlapping the seedling-growing boxes that are stacked, and the stacking operation of the seedling-growing boxes in the direction along the conveyance direction of the seedling-growing boxes is configured based on the stacking position of the two-tier stacking device. A seedling growing box supply system to the two-tiered stacking device includes a detecting means for determining the presence or absence of a seedling growing box by setting a position near the position separated by a width and on the side of the overlapping position, and the detecting means control means for detecting the absence of a seedling box and for feeding the seedling box from the two-tier stacking device without performing a stacking operation when the seedling box is supplied to the stacking position. The point is that it becomes, its action, and,
The effects are as follows.

The detection means (27) can detect the seedling growing box (1) even if the seedling growing box (1) is in close proximity to the seedling growing box (1). Even if the seedling raising box (1) is separated, the detection means (27) detects the seedling raising box (1) until the separation distance reaches a value close to the width (W) of the seedling raising box (1) in the direction along the transport direction of the seedling raising box (1). ), and as long as the detection means (27) detects the seedling box (1), the control means (28) can detect the two-tier stacking device (

The device, which is difficult to avoid, has been constructed rationally and without significantly increasing costs.

箱の処理装置。Lift up the seedling raising box (1) after sowing and place it on top of the next seedling raising box (1), or lower the seedling raising box (1) after sowing and place it on top of the next seedling raising box (1). A two-tiered stacking device (B) is configured to perform one of the stacking operations for stacking the next seedling raising box (1) on the upper surface, and the stacking position (E) of this two-tiered stacking device (B) is shown. Based on , the position is set in the vicinity of a position separated by the width (W) of the seedling raising box (1) in the direction along the conveyance direction of the seedling raising box (1), and on the side of the overlapping position (E). Seedling box (1
) is provided in the seedling box supply system to the two-tier stacking device (B).
) detects the absence of the seedling box (1), and when the seedling box (1) is supplied to the stacking position (E), the seedling box (1) is removed without performing the stacking operation. ) from the two-tier stacking device (B).
