考案が解決しようとする問題点
液体容器の注出口栓は通常キヤツプと受台部と
からなり別々に製造されたキヤツプと受台部と
は、液体容器メーカーに引渡される際、受台部に
キヤツプが螺着された形で供給される。注出口栓
の生産量は極めて多く、キヤツプの受台部への取
付作業の正確、迅速化が望まれていた。また、容
器に取付けられた注出口栓は、使用に際し、キヤ
ツプの取外し、取付が繰返されるため、キヤツプ
の再封時の緩みを防止する構造のものが望まれて

と、フランジ24に歪が残り変形することがあ
り、逆に押付力が弱いとキヤツプの螺着回動につ
れて受台部20が回動するため、キヤツプがきち
んと螺着されない場合があり、キヤツプが受台部
20に確実に且つ迅速に螺着される手段が望まれ

おり、キヤツプの簡易に再密封性維持構造が望ま

プの下縁の内側が前記外突起と摩擦係合するた
め、キヤツプの受台部への再密封が確実に行わ
れ、容器内容液体の洩出や、外気の容器内への侵
