``Conventional Technology'' In industrialized houses such as single-family prefabricated houses, construction work on site is simplified by standardizing the structure, interior, and exterior components and processing them in a factory. This kind of simplification is also progressing on the roofs of prefabricated houses; for example, as shown in Figure 5, houses are made with multiple panels made in factories.
are aligned in one plane on site and joined together.
A roof 3 is formed by laying steel plates 2 on top of the roof.

These panels 1. 1 are aligned so that the face members 4, 4 are in one plane, and further, the face members 4 and 4 are joined together via a sealing material, and the core members 5.
5 are glued together using a woodworking adhesive. In order to ensure the connection between these panels 1 and 1, a plurality of nails 6... are inserted diagonally, from the facing material 4 of one panel 1 to 2 of the other panel 1, as shown in FIG. It is struck in such a way as to reach the material 5, thereby forming the joint structure between the panels 1.1.

``Problem to be Solved by the Invention'' However, the above-mentioned joint structure is completed by nailing, but since it is a roof, such work naturally has to be done at a high place. Therefore, there are disadvantages in that it is somewhat dangerous, has poor workability, and impairs the shortening of construction time.

In addition, during construction, a sealant is applied to the joining surfaces of the panels in advance (for example, during manufacturing in a factory or on-site just before construction), and in that state, the panels are transported to a high place where the roof will be formed and joined. However, when transporting the panels, the sealing material on the joint surfaces of the panel panels adheres to the hands of the workers, which again impairs work efficiency.

``Means for Solving the Problems j'' Accordingly, in the roof panel joining structure of the present invention, a recess is formed in the joining end surface of one of the facing panels of a pair of roof panels that are joined to each other, and a recess is formed in the joining end surface of the other facing material. A convex portion that fits into the recess is formed, and the joint end faces are fitted and bonded via a sealing material, and an unevenness is formed on the joint surface of one of the core materials in these roof panels, and the other The above problem was solved by forming irregularities on the joint surface of the core material that engage with the irregularities of the joint surface of the core material, and engaging these joint surfaces with each other by the irregularities.

"Operation" According to the roof panel joining structure of the present invention, the concave part of the face material of one roof panel and the convex part of the face material of the other roof panel fit together, and the core material of one roof panel Due to the engagement of the unevenness of the roof panel with the unevenness of the core material of the other roof panel,
Sufficient bonding strength can be obtained and the water-stopping effect can also be enhanced.

In addition, on the joining surfaces of these core materials 12a and 12b, that is, on the side where the recesses 13 or convex portions 14 of the face materials 11a and 11b are formed, unevenness 15i with a sharply toothed cross section, which is called finger joint processing, is formed. 15b are formed. These unevenness 15a, 15b are surface materials 11a, l.
V-shaped cross-sectional peaks and valleys are alternately arranged in parallel to the length direction of the joint end surface of lb. And unevenness 1
5i and the unevenness 15b have their peaks and valleys reversed in position as shown in FIG. The peaks of the unevenness 15a and the valleys of the unevenness 15b of the core material 12b engage with each other, and the valleys of the unevenness 15a and the peaks of the unevenness 15b engage with each other.

In the roof panel joining structure having such a configuration, the recess 13 of the face material 11a and the protrusion 14 of the face material 11b fit together, and the unevenness 15a of the core material 12a and the unevenness 15 of the core material 12b fit together.
Sufficient bonding strength can be obtained by the engagement between b and b, thereby eliminating the need for nailing as in the conventional case. In addition, when butting the face material 11a and the face material 11b,
Respective irregularities 15a and 15b of core materials 12A and 12ti
Since the abutment position of the concave portion 13 and the convex portion 14 is determined by engaging the two panels, it becomes easier to join the panels compared to the conventional method, and the construction time can therefore be shortened. Furthermore, since the recess 13 and the projection 14 are fitted together via the sealing material 16, and the projections and depressions 15a and 15b are engaged via an adhesive, the water-stopping effect at the joint is enhanced, and the roof It is possible to reliably prevent rain leakage. Furthermore, during construction, if the sealing material 16 is applied to the recesses of the facing material 11i and the adhesive is applied to the valleys of the unevenness 15a, 15b of the core materials 12a, 12b, the sealing material 16 etc. can be applied to the roof panel. lOa, job...
Since it is painted on the inside of the roof panel 1O
To prevent sealing material 16, etc. from adhering to a worker's hands when carrying vh, lob, etc. onto a beam and arranging them, thereby preventing delays in construction caused by this. I can do it.

The joint structure shown in FIG. 2 differs from that shown in FIG.
These are the shape of the concave portion a and the shape of the convex portion of the face material 11b. Second
In the figure, the facings 11a, l of the roof panels IOA, lOb.
lb is formed by pasting together three sheets of plywood 17. In the face material 11^, the end face of the central plywood 17a enters inside the end faces of the other plywood boards 17, 17 at the joining surface, thereby forming a recess 18. Further, in the face material 11b, the end face of the central plywood 17b protrudes outward from the end faces of the other plywood 17, 17 on the joint surface, thereby forming a convex portion 19. Then, the roof panel IOA and the roof panel lOb have a sealing material 1 in the recess 18 of the face material 11a.
By fitting and joining the convex portions 19 of the face material 11b via 6, and engaging the concave and convex portions 15a of the core material 12a and the concave and convex portions 15b of the core material 12b via adhesive M,
A joining structure of the present invention is formed.

In the joint structure having such a configuration, as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 3 or FIG. By placing it on the core material 12 of the roof panel 2G (21) and abutting the concave portion 13 and the convex portion 14 as they are, the joining position can be easily determined.

"Effect of the Invention J As explained above, the roof panel joining structure of the present invention is such that the concave part of one face material and the convex part of the other face material fit together, and the concave part and convex part of one core material fit together, and the convex part of the other face material fits together. Since the unevenness of the core material engages, it has sufficient joint strength and eliminates the need for nailing as in the past, which simplifies the work and shortens the construction time.Also. When butting the facing materials together, by engaging the respective irregularities of both core materials, it is possible to easily position the butts of the concave and convex portions of the facing materials. Joining becomes easier and work can be done more quickly.Furthermore,
Since the concave portion and the convex portion are fitted with each other through the sealing material, and the concave and convex portions are engaged with each other, the water-stopping effect at the joint is enhanced, and rain leakage from the roof is reliably prevented. In addition, if the sealant is applied to the recesses of the panel during construction, the sealant will be applied to the inside of the roof panel, so when carrying the roof panel onto the beam and aligning them, This prevents the sealant from adhering to the hands of the worker, thereby preventing delays in construction caused by this.
