【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は塵芥収集車における塵芥積込時に、ガ
ラス製品等の破損し易い塵芥が塵芥投入箱の側板
と押込板間に噛み込んで破損し、その破片が後方
に飛散することを防止する装置に関するものであ

記押込板4を前方に揺動し続けると、噛み込んだ
ガラス製品等の塵芥が破損し、その破片が後方に
飛散して塵芥投入箱1の後方で作業している作業
者が負傷する事故が発生し、重大問題となつてい
た。そこで従来では第1図及び第2図に示す如
く、押込板4の後背面7の下部に鋼板等の硬質の
遮蔽板8を枢軸9によつて押込板4の全幅に亘つ
て揺動自在に吊下げ支持させている。この遮蔽板
8の下端は掻上板3の上面に当接するように該遮
蔽板8の長さが設定されている。従つて塵芥積込
時、押込板4が前方に揺動するに際して、上記遮
蔽板8がその下端を掻上板3の上面に当接させた
状態で押込板4に追従して移動するため、万一ガ
ラス製品等の塵芥が押込板4と掻上板3との隙間
6に噛み込んで破損しても、その破片は後方に飛
散せずに遮蔽板8によつて遮断される。尚、この
遮蔽板8には鋼板等の相当の自重を有するものを
使用しているため、上記ガラス製品等の破片の衝

15,15に沿つて脱着可能に装着させている。
従つて上記押込板4が前方に揺動して掻上板3上
の塵芥を積込むのに際して、ガラス製品等の塵芥
が塵芥投入箱1の側板10と押込板4との隙間1
1に噛み込んで破損し、その破片が後方に飛散し

に該遮蔽板14の板厚を厚くすればよいが、この
板厚を厚くすると薄いものと比較して柔軟性が劣
るため、摩耗が激しくなり、その耐久性が低下す

材16等の塵芥が強制的に遮蔽部材18から押出
されても、遮蔽部材18がブラシ状であるため、
棒材16の近傍に隙間が形成されず他の塵芥の破
片が後方に飛散することがないと共に、棒材16
自体も後方に飛散しようとするエネルギーが吸収
され、遮蔽部材18から離脱した後は後方に飛散
せずに即座に落下する。また上記遮蔽部材18に
は硬質の毛21を使用しているため、塵芥の破片
が当つてもその衝突力により遮蔽部材18を貫通
することもない。更に遮蔽部材18はブラシ状で
あるため、押込板4が前方から後方に反転作動し
ても支障はなく、又摩耗すれば取替え可能であ

と異なつて上記棒材の近傍に隙間が形成されない
ので、その隙間を通つて他の塵芥の破片が後方に
飛散することもない。またこの遮蔽部材がブラシ
状であるため、上記棒材自体も遮蔽部材から離脱
した後は、後方に飛散せずに即座に落下する。従
つて上記ガラス製品や棒材等の塵芥の破片が後方
に飛散することを完全に防止することができ、塵
芥投入箱の後方で作業する作業者の安全性も確保
される。また本考案に係る遮蔽部材はブラシ状の
もので、柔軟性を有するため、その耐久性も大幅
