[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a power transmission unit for a manually operated movable shelf that transmits the manual force for rotating a handle to running wheels so that the shelf can be moved on rails.

Traditionally, manual moving shelves have been well known.
Most of these drive systems transmit the rotational force of human power, which is transmitted to the steering wheel, to the running wheels through a transmission mechanism using a chain and sprocket.

Therefore, in conventional manual moving shelves, the load applied to the handle is approximately uniform, or the load is made as small as possible depending on the size of the shelf body, that is, the capacity or allowable load. In order to move a heavy shelf with a light rotational force of a handle, the transmission mechanism is often configured to have a different reduction ratio (power increase ratio) depending on the specifications of the shelf.

Therefore, at the manufacturing stage of the manually operated movable shelf, it is necessary to manufacture and stock two or more types of transmission mechanism parts.

In addition, this type of mobile shelf requires so-called on-site construction such as laying rails at the installation location, and the main body of the mobile shelf is quite large in the assembled state. Because it is assembled on-site using the knock-down method, two parts are added to the above-mentioned transmission mechanism.
Coupled with the fact that there are more types of parts, there is also the problem that storage and management of parts tends to become complicated.

In view of the above-mentioned problems with manually operated movable shelves, the present invention unifies the transmission mechanism for the rotational force transmitted to the handle regardless of the capacity or allowable load of the shelf body in manually operated movable shelves. , the transmission mechanism itself is a pre-assembled unit structure,
The purpose of this product is to provide a power transmission unit for a manually operated movable shelf that contributes to streamlining parts management and speeding up assembly. Its configuration consists of a frame of a trolley equipped with running wheels, with the necessary supports erected. established,
On the side of the shelf body, which is formed by mounting the top plate, horizontal beams, etc. on this support and attaching the necessary shelf boards, there is a handle that can be rotated by hand, a drive sprocket attached to this handle shaft, and a drive sprocket attached to this sprocket. In a transmission mechanism for a manual movable shelf, the transmission mechanism includes a transmission mechanism in which rotational force is transmitted through a chain that is hung around, and a driven sprocket for transmitting the rotational force to the running wheels of the trolley. The handle shaft and the drive sprocket attached thereto are attached to a mounting board formed to fit within the side surface of the shelf main body having the smallest side width, and the drive sprocket is mounted approximately halfway in the height direction of this board. A chain tensioner consisting of two slider pieces that support both sides of the chain wound around the sprocket from the inside of the loop is provided at a slight inclination from a horizontal position, and the slider pieces are provided so as to be freely positionable in the direction of inclination of the tensioner. This transmission mechanism is characterized in that it is manufactured and stored for each mounting board.

That is, in a double-sized shelf, a support 2 is provided at the center of the side frame on the base side 1 (see FIG. 1), so the driven sprocket 7 is located avoiding this support 2. For this reason, the drive sprocket 5
This is to accommodate the fact that the line connecting the center of the driven sprocket and the center of the driven sprocket 7 is not perpendicular. Incidentally,
In such a case, if the tensioner 8 is installed in a horizontal position, the slider piece 8 of the tensioner 8
The length of the chain 6 is different between the sprocket 5 side (upper half side) and the sprocket 7 side (lower half side), centering on the part that contacts 1b, and when this is on the tension side, it acts on this chain 6. This is inconvenient because the tension is different between the upper and lower halves.

The power transmission unit of the manual movable shelf according to the present invention can be stored and transported as a part of the unit structure with the drive sprocket 5, chain tensioner 8, and locking device 9 attached to the mounting board 4 in advance. Not only are these convenient for transportation and storage, but a single unit can be used as a transmission mechanism regardless of the capacity of the shelf body, which greatly contributes to streamlining the on-site assembly of manually operated movable shelves. It is. In addition, the transmission unit of the present invention can be used for double-sized shelf bodies and single-sized shelf bodies without any modifications, so it is possible to manufacture and stock a large number of transmission units in advance, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. It can be made inexpensive.
