Description

(ロ) 従来の技術
ベルト・コンベアは両端のベルト車の間にエン
ドレス環状のベルトを循環させて、その上に搬送
品をのせて運搬する装置である。従つて搬送距離
が長くなると搬送品の重量とベルト自身の重量が
増大するため長い距離の搬送は不可能であつた。
そこで本考案の出願人はさきに畜舎用の除糞装置
として実公昭61−780号に係る長距離搬送用のベ
ルト・コンベアを考案した。該実公昭61−780号
によるベルト・コンベアはベルト表面にベルトの
進行方向に直角に多数の軸を固定し、該軸の両端
(ベルトの両側)に車輪を取付ける如くしたもの
である。本考案はこのベルト・コンベアを更に改

本考案は上記実公昭61−780号公報に開示され
たベルト・コンベアを改造し、ベルトの走行は同
様に抵抗の小なるものとしながら製造費の低減を

側)ベルトの上記橇部材にはその受け材を備え、
上記エンドレス・ベルトはそれに固定された上記
橇部材軸と係合する横溝を備えたホイールで駆動

内面に一定間隔にベルトを横切る方向に軸2を固
着する。これを一個の軸について第4図に拡大し
て示す。軸2はパイプにされこれの下部を包括材
3(軟質樹脂板等)で緊締包容してその上部両端

側ベルトの上記橇部材7を受ける受け材8(レー

本考案はホイールでベルトを牽引し品物の搬送

が生ずることなく、ベルトの裏面には一定間隔に
横軸を備え該横軸は受け材レールで受けられるか
らベルト自体をそれ程頑丈なものとしなくとも充
分重量物の搬送ができ、又上記軸受は摩擦係数の
小さい橇部材を介して受け材上を滑るのであるか
ら小さな動力で大きな牽引力を出し得、更に上記
ベルトの台盤上の走行に車輪を用いずに滑走用の
樹脂ブロツクを軸端に取付ける構成とするので、
その機構・構造は極めて簡単であつて、堅牢で牽
引効率のよいそして廉価なベルト・コンベアとす
