  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 冷却すべき装置を外気から断熱するための真空
    断熱容器であつて、 上記冷却すべき装置が取り付けられた冷却器と
    、 銅管を有し、上記冷却器に着脱可能な略筒状の
    第１の外壁部と、 上記第１の外壁部に着脱可能な第２の外壁部と
    、 を備え、上記冷却器と、上記第１の外壁部と、
    上記第２の外壁部とによつて形成される空間部に
    上記冷却すべき装置が位置するようにし、上記空
    間部を断熱部として、上記銅管を通じて上記断熱
    部の排気を行なつた後、上記銅管を封止するよう
    にした真空断熱容器。
