For example, pre-treatment of industrially produced long fabrics,
Processes that continuously carry out treatments such as dyeing include treatments to impregnate the continuously transported fabric with a treatment solution (caustic solution during pre-treatment, dye solution during dyeing). A liquid impregnation tank is arranged, and the fabric to be treated is passed through the liquid in the treatment liquid impregnation tank to be impregnated with the liquid, and then this liquid-impregnated fabric is continuously fed into a steamer to undergo a wet heat reaction as desired. It has been proposed to carry out the processing continuously.

があつた。 However, in the continuous liquid-impregnated treatment of the fabric to be treated as described above, it is required to change the liquid quality or liquid color of the treatment liquid every predetermined length of the fabric to perform treatment with a different quality or color. There are many cases. Specifically, when dyeing a long fabric, for example, it is often required to dye each predetermined length a different color. In the conventional case of performing such different color dyeing, each time the dyeing solution in the liquid tank is changed, the running of the fabric in the liquid tank and steamer is interrupted, or the supply of moist heat in the steamer is interrupted, the inside of the liquid tank is cleaned, and a new one is dyed. After replacing the dye solution, the running of the fabric is continued again, so when the running of the fabric is interrupted and restarted, the wet heat treatment of the fabric in the steamer is uneven, which causes the long fabric to be run again. There was a problem in that it was impossible to perform a uniform dyeing process over the entire surface.
Furthermore, due to the interruption in the running of the fabric, it is necessary to wait for the restart of operation, which has the problem of reducing productivity.

A device has been proposed in which the processing liquid in the liquid tank is changed at the timing during which this guiding cloth passes, but in this device, a cylinder is used as a driving means to tilt the liquid tank sideways. Since the liquid tank can only be set in two positions: the upright position (operating position) and the horizontal position (cleaning position), for example, the liquid tank can be set in an intermediate position between the upright position and the horizontal position, and Until it finishes passing,
It is necessary to prepare the next processing liquid by filling it in the tank, stand the tank upright as soon as the guide cloth passes through, and then quickly change the liquid and restart the operation. There was a problem.

The present invention was developed in order to eliminate such conventional problems, and it is possible to position the liquid tank at any tilted position and store the next processing liquid in the liquid tank in preparation for restarting the operation. To provide a continuous liquid impregnating tank for a fabric, which is placed on standby and can be accurately and quickly impregnated with liquid directly from the starting end of the fabric by raising the liquid tank at the same time as the starting end of the fabric to be replaced with a treatment liquid arrives. Next, to describe its operation, the movable liquid tank 4 is supported by a support shaft 3 so as to be able to rise and fall freely, and this movable liquid tank 4 is rotated by a motor 12. A threaded rod 8 that can be used is engaged. Therefore, by rotating this motor 12, the movable liquid tank 4 can be moved within the range from the position shown by the solid line in FIG. 1 to the position shown by the two-dot chain line.
In other words, it can be raised up and down.

もある。 Since the rotation of the movable liquid tank 4 is achieved by the operation of the motor 12, it is extremely easy to fix the movable liquid tank 4 in any position (any inclination) by the amount of rotation of the motor 12. can be done.
For example, when impregnating fabric, the liquid tank 4 is used in the missionary position, as shown by the solid line in FIG.
Cleaning inside the liquid tank 4 when changing the liquid in the liquid tank 4 is as follows:
The liquid tank 4 is brought down to the position shown by the two-dot chain line, and the inside of the liquid tank 4 is immediately washed with a shower nozzle (not shown). After cleaning the inside of the liquid tank 4, the liquid tank 4 is stood up diagonally as shown by the one-dot chain line, and the next processing liquid 14 is poured into the liquid tank 4 to an extent that it does not overflow, and the process is on standby. Therefore, when the guiding cloth interposed between the fabrics passes and the next treated fabric approaches the liquid tank 4, if the liquid tank 4 is raised to the solid line position, the starting end of the fabric will be immersed in the liquid in the liquid tank. You can accurately match the guided timing. As described above, according to this embodiment, the raising and lowering operation of the liquid tank 4 can be performed by the rotational force of the motor, so the raising and lowering position of the liquid tank 4 can be arbitrarily set by controlling the drive of this motor. This can be done extremely easily and reliably, and was considered impossible when using conventional cylinders. For example, the waiting state for filling the processing liquid shown by the dashed line is possible in this embodiment, which has the effect of reducing timing loss when replacing the processing liquid. In addition, since the raising and lowering operation of the liquid tank 4 is electrically operated, it is easy to control the rotating range and timing of the liquid tank, and the liquid in the liquid tank can be automatically replaced by signals generated as the fabric runs. It also has the effect of being able to do it accurately and quickly.
