品置場(検査作業場)に夫々吊上移送機によつて
移送することが記載されている。そして、該移送
を行うために、作業台車と上型枠運搬用板コンベ
ア並びに前記製品置場及び、脱型クレーンの吊具
等が設けられているが、之等の相互の間隔は一定
していないので、クレーンの動作範囲が大であ
り、作業能率が極めて低い。又、後者は上型枠を
おろす間にコンクリート柱体の吊上、おろし作業
を行うことが記載されている。即ち、コンクリー
ト柱体を内蔵した型枠を型枠ハツカにて吊下げて
脱型台に静置させ、そして、該脱型台に設けたく
わえレバーにて下型枠のタイヤを引掛け、次に前
記型枠ハツカの型枠抱え持ちを解除し、次に、他
の上型枠ハツカを作動させて上型枠のタイヤに引
掛けて上型枠のみをつまみ上げる。この作業時間
帯に於ては、クレーンに設けたコンクリート柱体
を吸着するためのバキユームは休止しているが、
次にクレーンを横方向に移動させて該バキユーム
にて露呈しているコンクリート柱体を吸着し、そ

なる造形型枠を載置している型枠縦送りコンベア
の左右1方の側方に、上記造形型枠から取外した
上型枠を移載する上型枠送りコンベアと、左右他
方の側方に、上記造形型枠から取出したコンクリ
ート柱体を載置する製品受渡装置とを共に同一の
間隔lを置いて配置し、上記装置と夫々のコンベ
ア間の上方付近を移動できるようにした吊上移送
機にコンクリート柱体を吊上げて保持できる製品

送機の上型フツクにて吊架されている上型枠を上
型枠送りコンベア上におろす間に、型枠縦送りコ
ンベアに載置される造形型枠の下型枠内のコンク
リート柱体を、吊上移送機の製品吊上装置にて吊
上げるようにし、吊上移送機を横行して型枠縦送
りコンベア上の造形型枠の上型枠を、上型フツク
にて吊上げる間に、製品吊上装置に吊架中のコン
クリート柱体を製品受渡装置上におろすようにし
たコンクリート柱体の脱型装置に於て、コンクリ
ート柱体を内装して上下型枠からなる造形型枠を
載置している型枠縦送りコンベアの左右1方の側
方に、上記造形型枠から取外した上型枠を移載す
る上型枠送りコンベアと、左右他方の側方に、上
記造形型枠から取出したコンクリート柱体を載置
