トナー画像を用紙に転写し、該トナー画像を担持
する用紙を定着装置を通して加熱と加圧とを行い
、トナーを溶融させて用紙に定着するように構成
してなる加熱ローラ方式の定着装置において、 前記画像担持体と定着装置との間に、感光体ド
ラム側にのみ吸引部を設けた用紙搬送装置と、該
用紙搬送装置から定着装置に向けて、用紙を上向
き傾斜に沿つて案内するようなガイド板とを配置
するとともに、 前記ガイド板を、用紙搬送装置の用紙搬送面に
対する角度θを、２０゜〜３０゜の傾斜角度に設
定することを特徴とする定着装置における画像ズ
レ防止装置。 (2) 前記定着装置は、加熱ローラに対して加圧
ベルト装置を配置し、ローラとベルトとの間にト
ナー画像を担持する用紙をニツプさせ、加圧ベル
ト装置の裏面に設けた押圧板を用いて、用紙を加
熱ローラに対して押圧する形式の装置であり、該
定着装置に対して用紙を案内するための用紙搬送
装置に対して、ガイド板を所定の角度θで傾斜さ
せ、定着装置にニツプされる用紙が、その紙の腰
により用紙搬送装置の吸引部を有しない部分に向
けて押圧する状態で移動され、ガイド板と用紙搬
送装置との接続部分で、ループを形成するような
作用を行うことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載の定着装置における画像ズレ防止
