集合住宅用として好適なインターホン装置に関す
る。 (発明の背景) マンシヨン等の集合住宅においては各住戸(ま
たは部屋)と共同玄関または管理人との通話用と
して1つまたは2つの外部通話回線(インターホ
ン回線)が設けられている。このようなインター
ホンシステムの1例として第1図に集合住宅管理
装置の接続図を示す。同図において、MCは管理
人室に配置される主装置としての中央制御装置
で、この中央制御装置MCに接地線を含む各1対
の外部通話回線(音声線)Tおよび伝送(呼出信
号)線Lを接続し、これらの外部通話回線Tおよ
び伝送線Lに各住戸のホームコントローラHC
(HC1,HC2,…,HCn)をマルチドロツプ方
式で接続している。この集合住宅管理装置はイン
ターホンシステムとしての機能を有しており、管
理人等は中央制御装置MCから伝送線Lを介して
いずれかの住戸のホームコントローラHCを呼出
し外部通話回線Tを介し通話することができると

央制御装置MCを呼出して通話することができ

ンターホン回線とは別個の放送用回線を設けてお
り、配線数が多くなるという不都合がある。 このような配線の増加を回避するために、既設
のインターホン回線を用いて緊急放送やサービス
放送を行なうことにより省線化を図り、かつ1回
線、2回線のいずれにも使用可能としたインター
ホン装置として第2図に示す構成のものが提案さ
れている。同図において、T1,T2は外部通話
回線(または接続端子)、SW(SWa,SWb,…
SWg)は電子スイツチ、BAはバツフアアンプ、
PAはパワーアンプ、Mはマイク(送話器)、YP
は受話器、FSはフツクスイツチ、SPはスピーカ
