Claims (1)
ものであつて、該案内レールにランナを移動案内
させ、該ランナに対象物を連結して駆動するよう
にしたリニアモータにおいて、 前記案内レールは、その長手方向へ前記ランナ
が挿通可能な溝形断面に形成され、側壁部、天井
部および底部を備え、 前記案内レールの側壁部に沿い、前記長手方向
に極性が交互になるよう永久磁石を連設する一方
、一定の隙間をもつて該永久磁石に対向し、該永
久磁石との間で磁気作用をして直線駆動されるよ
うに通電されるコイルを前記ランナに装備し、 前記案内レールの天井部に、前記ランナの上部
を両側方向へ移動不能に拘束し、かつ、長手方向
へ案内可能なガイド部を設けるとともに、前記底
部に前記長手方向へ延びる位置規制用の長溝を形
成し、 前記ランナの下部に、該ランナからの荷重を受
け、かつ、該ランナが移動した際に前記底部上を
転動可能な支持ローラを設けるとともに、楔形断
面のテーパローラを転動可能に装着し、 該テーパローラを前記位置規制用の長溝に嵌合
するとともに、嵌合する方向へ付勢したことを特
