つの整流手段、複数の出力のうち、１つの出力を
安定化する様にスイツチ素子を駆動する制御回路
を備え、安定化された出力の正電位に他の巻線の
整流された出力の負電位を接続して、その正電位
と安定化された出力の負電位との間で出力をとる
