Abstract

PURPOSE:To cause movement of refuse and micro-organisms in a packing device to the outside of the packing device by feeding lateral air in the packing device. CONSTITUTION:A blower device 4 having a blast port 5 formed in a side and a filter to collect refuse and micro-organisms and a blower is provided. The blower device 4 may be a one-way type or plural ways type. In the case of a two-ways type, the devices are mounted sides A and B. The blower device 4 having the filter and the blower is provided, but air from which refuse and micro-organisms are removed is produced. When it is fed, only providing blast port 5 may be effective, but since the interior of an air conduit is contaminated, it is preferable that the filter is mounted. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a packaging device that moves dust and microorganisms inside the packaging device to the outside of the packaging device by blowing cross air through the packaging device.

[Conventional technology and problems]

Various packaging devices have been developed in the past, but most of them address the problem of dust and microorganism contamination because food products are packaged in a liquid manner, whereas packaging devices are solid in nature. For example, a method of blowing air from the top down is known, but it is difficult to eliminate dust and microorganisms on the packaging material.

[Means to solve the problem]

The present invention has been made to solve these problems, and in addition to the conventional method of blowing air from top to bottom, a blower device is installed close to the side of the packaging device to blow air laterally, thereby removing dust and microorganisms. The present invention has been completed by providing a function to completely eliminate the above problem, thereby solving the above problem.

That is, the present invention has a filter on one or two sides of the packaging device, or has an air outlet for dust-free and/or sterilized air, and is arranged horizontally or upwardly at an angle of 5° or less with respect to the packaging material. The apparatus of the present invention is particularly effective in a series of aseptic filling and packaging systems in which a filling apparatus and the like are installed in the same apparatus in addition to the packaging apparatus.
