本発明は 空気調和機などの被梱包物の梱包に使用する
梱包装置に関するものであム
従来の技術
従来の梱包装置Ct 例えば第4図に示すようにトレ
イ状の外箱に被梱包物を支持する緩衡材を貼合わせた底
板aと、底板aと同じくトレイ状の外箱へ緩衡材を貼付
けた天板すを設ζす、更く 底板aと天、板すの各隅に
挿入され底板と天板を連結する支柱c1・c2・c3・
c4を設けて、この支柱C1・c2・c3・c4にて連
結された底板と天板の間の空間に被梱包物dを収納しバ
ンドeにて底板と天板を結束することにより梱包が完了
するものであも
発明が解決しようとする課題
しかし この種の梱包装置は保管時の積み上げ加重より
被梱包物を保護すめために各隅に支柱を設ける必要があ
り、その支柱も積み上げ時の偏加重や強度バラツキなど
を考慮し 容易な力で折れ曲がることの無いよう板厚を
厚くするなど丈夫な支柱を使用してい九 また 4本の
支柱が単独で固定されるため水平方向からの外力に弱く
支柱が傾いた場合など保管時の品質低下を招く恐れがあ
っ九 更にこの支柱ζよ 荷扱い時に容易に手で扱われ
るたべ 横へ引っ張られたときにも耐えられるように曲
げ強度も必要とされも このた八 支柱を用いた梱包装
置を大型で背の高い商品や重量物に使用するに(よ 被
梱包物を確実に保護するための十分な強度を持った支柱
を作ることが難しく商品保護・荷扱いにおける品質低下
を招く恐れがあり、材料費も高価な物になるなどの欠点

解消するもので安価な材料にて保管・荷扱い時の安定性

本発明は上記した構成によって、コの字状の板紙の内側
へ支柱を固定した側面柱により保管時の積み上げ加重に
対する強度が増し 保管時の品質向上が図られると共へ
水平方向に対する支柱の強嵐 及び外力からの保護性
が向上するなど、保管・荷扱い時の品質が向上すると共
に大型重量物の梱包にも威力を発揮する梱包装置であも
実施例
以下本発明の一実施例について第1図〜第3図と共に説
明すも 第1図において、 1は段ボール紙等にてコの
字状に形成され保管時の積み上げ加重より被梱包物を保
護する側面柱であり、第2図に詳細に示すように段ボー
ル紙等の台紙2く この台紙2をコの字状に折り曲げる
ための2本の折り線3を設ける。更く この2本の折り
線3の内側で折り線3に沿わせる様に支柱4を接着材等
にて固定すム この支柱4の台紙2へま固定位置は台紙
2を折り線3にて直角に折り曲げた隊 その折り曲げ角
の内側角隅部となるように折り線3より若干ずらした位
置とすム 次く 第1図において5は被梱包物を支持す
る底K 6は同じく被梱包物を支持する天板て 共に第
3図に詳細に示すように段ボール紙等にてトレイ状に形
成された外包時に底板5、及び天板6へ挿入される側面
柱1の台紙2、及び支柱4を容易に挿入させるためのL
字形のカット部9が角部分に設けられていもまた この
緩衡材8を外箱7へ挿入するとき、同じく側面柱lの台
紙2を容易に底板5へ挿入するための溝tlが緩衡材8
の側面8aと外箱7の巾面7aの間に形成されていも
そして、梱包時には底板6の緩衡材8へ被梱包物を挿入
させ、側面柱1の台紙2と支柱4を底板6の溝t1と緩
衡材8のカット部9へ挿入すること玄 側面柱1を相対
する状態で底板5へ挿入すも 更飄 その上から天板6
を底板5と同様に 側面柱lの台紙2と支柱4を天板6

構成により、側面柱1に設けられた支柱4は台紙2と密
着することにより、 2本の支柱4が常に一体の物とな
り傾き・ズレなど水平方向からの外力に対して強さを発
揮し その強さ故に垂直安定性も増し保管時の積み上げ
加重に対するバラツキからの強度低下も防げ保管時の強
度や安定性も向上すム また 荷扱い時に作業者が支柱
を持って作業することが無く荷扱い時での事故も防tf
、側面柱を設けたことにより従来の段ボール箱のように
手掛は穴を設ければ荷扱いの作業性を向上させることも
できると共に梱包箱のデザインを向上させることもでき
