- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 背面電極、反射絶縁層、発光層及び透明電極を
順次積層してなる電界発光素子を背面電極及び透
明電極からリードを導出した状態で電界発光素子
の表、裏面に吸湿フイルムを介して外皮フイルム
で上下から挾着し封止したものにおいて、 上記透明電極側の吸湿フイルムと外皮フイルム
の合計厚みを背面電極側よりも大きくしたことを
特徴とする電界発光灯。
