善するためのものである。 Recently, in general houses, factories, gymnasiums, etc., there has been active research and development on roofs in which even the eaves of the roof are formed into a curved shape and are formed integrally with the general part of the roof. This is mainly due to the fact that if only the eaves end is connected using a separate member, the construction of this joint will be troublesome and the construction cost will be relatively high. This is to improve the problem that rainwater easily enters through the pipes, causing leakage.

A curved tarpaulin part is made to be able to sufficiently withstand the roof load, and the whole is formed by press working, or in the above structure, a piece of tarpaulin of another member is fixed so as to be continuous with the upper part of the curved tarpaulin part. This makes configuration easy and
It can be easily and quickly installed on the eaves of a curved roof at the site, and can firmly support the eaves, solving the problems mentioned above and achieving the purpose. To provide a general part that can be adapted to any suitable slope.

Reference numeral A denotes a base frame for the eaves, and the base frame main body 1 is made of a metal plate and has a substantially fan-like shape when viewed from the side, and the substantially arc-shaped inclined sides are bent to an appropriate width so as to be able to sufficiently withstand the roof load. It is formed as a curved tally part 2, and the whole is previously formed by press working in a factory (see FIGS. 1, 5, 11, etc.). Alternatively, in the above structure, a separate metal tarp piece 3 that is continuous with the upper part of the curved tarp portion 2 is fixed to one side of the base frame main body 1 (Figs. 3 and 7). (see Figure 9).
The metal tarpaulin piece 3 is formed to have an appropriate slope depending on the roof slope.

In other words, in the case of a curved tally part 2 in which a part of the longitudinal direction is curved to an appropriate curvature (see FIGS. 7, 13, 14, etc.), the curved part 2A and the straight part 2B. In addition, in the case of a curved tally part 2 whose entire longitudinal direction is curved to an appropriate curvature (see Figures 1, 3, 5, 11, etc.), only the curved part 2A It is formed of. In addition, the base frame A for the eaves to which the taruki piece 3 is fixed
In this case, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 9, the connecting portion between the curved bulwark part 2 and the bulwark piece 3 is often particularly formed in a curved shape. The cross-sectional shape of the curved tarpaulin portion 2 may be flat and bent as shown in FIGS. 6, 8, and 10, or square-shaped as shown in FIGS. 12 and 17. These are polymerized in a symmetrical manner to form a hat-shape as a whole. This curved tarp portion 2 is not limited to the cross-sectional shape shown in the drawings as long as it has sufficient strength and can be placed. Further, although the talc piece 3 has a U-shaped cross section, it is not limited to this as long as it can be made continuous with the curved talc part 2. 1a is a mounting piece provided integrally or separately around the base frame body 1;
1b is a reinforcing rib, and 1c is a hole.

By forming the entire curved roof part 2 by press working, firstly, the structure is simple, and it can be installed easily and quickly at the eaves of the curved roof B on site.
Secondly, the eaves of the curved roof B can be supported relatively firmly, and thirdly, it can be adapted to any slope of the general part of the roof.

できる。 To explain these points in detail, in the past there were wooden rafters that were made on-site by making cuts with a saw etc. and making multiple cuts at appropriate intervals to form a curve to the desired curvature. There are many rafters on a single site (roof), and it not only takes skill to make them have a certain curvature, but it is also extremely inefficient. However, in the present invention, by forming the curved tally part 2 by press working on the base frame main body 1, which serves as a reinforcing part, the curvature of the curved part is reduced. It is possible to achieve a constant curvature with high precision without having to make it each time according to the site, and the curvature can be easily processed. The coefficient can also be made larger and stronger. Furthermore, the wind force coefficient of the eave part of the roof is several times higher than that of the general part of the roof in terms of architectural engineering. As a result, the base frame main body 1 becomes a force aggregate, and the wind force coefficient at the eaves increases significantly, making it possible to sufficiently withstand this strength. In addition, the eaves base frame A can be brought to the site and attached to the eaves without requiring any skills, making the construction extremely efficient, and in turn reducing the number of construction days. This has the advantage of reducing the construction cost of the entire shaped roof B. Furthermore, since the base frame A for the eaves is mass-produced in a factory, it can be made at low cost.

Even if the structure is suitably different as shown by the dotted lines in the figures and FIG. 14, in the present invention, the curved tally part 2 does not reach this general part, so it can be adapted to all roof slopes. This is important from the perspective of inventory management, ease of construction,
This is an extremely advantageous advantage in terms of ease of handling.

Firstly, the eaves of the curved roof B can be more strongly supported, and secondly, by fixing the metal talcum pieces 3 in accordance with the appropriate slope of the general part of the roof at the factory, all It has the advantage of being compatible with roofs.

作用効果を発揮し得る。 This allows almost the entire lower surface of the eaves of the roof to be supported, increasing the strength of the eaves where the wind force coefficient is several times greater. By fixing the piece 3, the range of applications can be expanded. or,
By using a separate material for the tarp piece 3, which has a small amount of parts, we have created an eave base frame A that integrates the tarp piece 3 as well.
Since fewer metal plates are required, the efficiency of member utilization can be increased, and the product can be manufactured at a lower cost. The other configurations are the same as those in the first aspect of the invention, and the same effects can be achieved.

は勿論である。 The roof shown in Fig. 18 is also in the category of curved roof B, as the bent portion at the top of the roof is formed into a curved shape with a relatively large radius of curvature, but in this case, the eaves end is curved. It simply has a steep slope, which includes a straight talc section 1 as shown in Figure 19.
An eave base base frame A in which 8 is integrally formed with the base frame body 1 is used. Even in this case, the effect is almost the same as that of the above invention. Moreover, the foundation frame A for the eaves of the present invention
Although it is made of a metal plate, it is of course possible to use a synthetic resin as long as it has sufficient strength.
