Conventionally, high-temperature water is forced to circulate along a circulation path in a water heater, and a heat exchanger is installed in the circulation path to heat the hot water in the bathtub. Then, the pump of the water heater was operated to control the temperature of the water in the bathtub to be kept almost constant. However, with such a configuration, the pump will operate even if an ignition failure occurs on the water heater side, such as when the burner is unexpectedly turned off. There was a problem that the hot water temperature could be lowered or the hot water temperature could not be raised even after long periods of operation, resulting in loss operation. In order to eliminate such problems, conventionally, as shown in Fig. 1, a thermocouple 22' is provided near the burner 21', and an operation panel is installed that operates the water heater using the thermoelectromotive force of the thermocouple 22'. The combustion color of the burner 21' can be determined by means such as lighting the pilot lamp of the burner, or by waving the meter needle to indicate the ignition state, or by using an optical fiber 23' as shown in Figure 2. This required a means such as guiding the igniter to the control panel and displaying the ignition status on the control panel.

A pump 3 for forcedly circulating hot water is provided in a hot water circulation path 2 from a water heater 1 having a burner (not shown). A heat exchange part 5 for heating the hot water in the bathtub 4 is provided in the middle of the hot water circulation path 2. The bathtub 4 is equipped with a temperature sensor 6 and a water level sensor 11. Based on the detection result of the water level sensor 11, the electromagnetic valve 12 of the water supply 12 is closed, and the water heater 1 is closed based on the detection result of the water temperature of the temperature sensor 6. It is possible to circulate and stop the circulation of hot water. A hot water temperature detection sensor 8 is provided in the hot water supply path 7 to the heat exchange section 5. A valve 10 such as an electromagnetic valve is provided in the hot water return path 9 from the heat exchange section 5 to close the hot water return path 9 based on the result of the hot water temperature detection of a certain temperature or less by the hot water temperature detection sensor 8. According to such a configuration, the water supply amount is detected by the water level sensor 11, and when the water becomes full, the solenoid valve 1 is closed and the water supply is automatically stopped, and at the same time the valve 10 is opened and the hot water in the hot water supply path 7 is stopped. circulate. If the water heater (1) is ignited at this time, the hot water in the pipe becomes high temperature and is detected by the temperature sensor 6, and this state continues until the temperature sensor 6 is activated. On the other hand, if there is no ignition, the temperature inside the pipe will not rise and the temperature sensor 6 will not be able to detect it. In this case, the water temperature is detected by the hot water temperature detection sensor 8, the valve 10 is closed to stop the circulation, and a lamp on the operation panel 13, a buzzer, etc. are used to notify the user. Upon receiving the notification, the cause of the ignition failure is removed and the operation is restarted.

In summary, the present invention provides a hot water temperature detection sensor in the hot water supply route to the heat exchange part, and sets the hot water return route from the heat exchange part to the hot water return route based on the hot water detection result of the hot water temperature detection sensor below a certain level. Since it is equipped with a valve that closes, not only when the hot water in the water heater does not reach a certain level, but also when the ignition is extinguished and the water temperature drops below a certain level, the circulation supply is reliably stopped and loss operation is avoided. There is no need to worry about running out of hot water even after long hours of operation.
It has the advantage of being able to determine if the water temperature has dropped on the water heater side, and also notifying you of this condition with a buzzer or lamp. In particular, if the hot water in the bathtub is already heated, but the temperature sensor installed in the bathtub does not stop the pump and the circulation in the hot water circulation path occurs, if the water heater fails to ignite, the pump will stop. The operation continues and the hot water in the hot water circulation path continues to circulate, and the hot water in the hot water circulation path is colder than the hot water in the bathtub, so the heat exchanger cools the hot water in the bathtub by heat exchange. However, in the present invention, a heat exchange section is provided in the middle of the hot water circulation path in a device that supplies hot water from a water heater to a hot water temperature circulation path for forced circulation. A hot water temperature detection sensor is installed in the hot water supply path, and a valve is installed in the hot water return path from the heat exchange section to close the hot water return path 9 based on the result of the hot water temperature detection of a certain temperature or less by the hot water temperature detection sensor. In case of ignition failure, etc., it can be immediately detected by the hot water temperature detection sensor and the hot water return path can be closed to stop the circulation of hot water in the hot water circulation path to prevent the hot water from cooling down. Moreover, by providing a hot water temperature detection sensor in the hot water supply path to the heat exchange section, the ignition state of the burner can be substantially detected, and the conventional means for detecting the ignition state of the burner can be omitted.
