物の搬出作業が煩雑で時間がかかる。(Conventional technology and its problems) Conventionally, submersible pump devices installed at the aforementioned sewage relay pump stations, etc. have to stop operation each time the submersible pump becomes clogged with foreign matter mixed into the inflowing sewage. It was then pulled out to remove foreign matter. In particular, at sewage relay pump stations where sewage constantly flows in, if the pumps are stopped for a long time, sewage may flow back into households or overflow from manholes onto the ground. Therefore, this contaminant removal work is
It must be done immediately and within a short period of time as soon as a blockage is confirmed. In addition, there are cases where screen equipment is installed inside the pump station, but in this case, a special space is required for the screen equipment, the equipment cost is high, and the work to remove foreign matter from the clogged screen is carried out inside the tank. The process of removing foreign matter from the tank is complicated and time-consuming.

ない。(Operation) The submersible pump is operated while being surrounded by a screen. During this operation, relatively large foreign objects such as pieces of paper, kitchen garbage, pieces of cloth, pieces of vinyl, empty cans, and driftwood mixed in the sewage become entangled and adhere to the screen surface. When removing foreign matter, first stop the operation of the submersible pump, then pull up the screen with foreign matter on it along the guide column, lower the spare screen to surround the submersible pump, and immediately stop the pump. resume driving. Thereafter, the removed screen is placed outside the tank to remove impurities. Therefore, the time during which the pump is stopped due to this work is extremely short, and problems such as sewage overflowing from the manhole, which are conventional, do not occur.

00 is formed entirely into a cylindrical shape with upper and lower openings, and screen bars 103 are arranged in a vertical lattice shape with appropriate intervals between a horizontal upper disk 101 and a lower disk 102.
The entire outer surface is formed into a screen surface. Reference numerals 104 and 105 denote reinforcing bars around which the screen bar 103 is wound at positions that approximately divide the space between the upper disk 101 and the lower disk 102 into three equal parts. The screen 100 is attached to the lower disc 10 so as not to interfere with the discharge port 9a 1 of the pump casing 9a during descent.
A notch 106 is formed in the lower part of the front surface including 2 and the screen bar 103, and the notch 106 has a flexible elastic plate 107 with a vertically cut out central portion in order to make the opening area of the notch as small as possible. (preferably a synthetic rubber plate) is attached. Further, a vertically elongated opening 108 is formed at the back of the screen 100 over the entire length in the upward direction, and the power supply cable 1

した夾雑物を除去し清掃しておく。 Therefore, in the submersible pump device 3, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the screen 100 is connected to the lower disk 102.
The submersible pump 9 is operated with the submersible pump 9 placed on the tank bottom 1a and surrounding the submersible pump 9. While the submersible pump 9 is operating, the sewage W flowing into the sewage tank 1 from the sewage pipe 2 contains garbage, cloth, plastic bags, empty cans, etc.
When relatively large foreign objects such as driftwood are mixed in, these foreign objects collide with the screen 100 or become entangled with and adhere to the screen bar 103, and are prevented from entering the screen 100. screen 1
00, first stop the operation of the submersible pump 9, open the manhole 8, and move the lifting chain 111 to the chain block CB.
and pull the screen 100 out of the tank along the guide pillars 7. Then, instead, the previously cleaned screen 100 is pulled down along the guide column 7, surrounds the submersible pump 9 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and then the submersible pump 9 is immediately restarted. Thereafter, the screen 100 that has been salvaged is cleaned by removing the attached foreign matter.

で大きな効果を奏するものである。(Effects of the invention) As explained above, the screen according to the invention can be raised and lowered along guide columns installed inside the tank, and when descending it surrounds the submersible pump installed at the bottom of the tank, so that sewage pieces of cloth mixed in,
Relatively large foreign objects such as vinyl pieces, empty cans, and driftwood are blocked by the screen and prevented from entering the screen, so there is no fear that the submersible pump will suck in such foreign objects and become clogged.
What's more, the work to remove foreign matter adhering to the screen can be done outside the salvage tank, and the spare screen can be lowered to surround the submersible pump and operation of the submersible pump can be resumed immediately. The outage time is extremely short, and there is no risk of sewage backing up into sewer pipes or overflowing from manholes, which is the case with conventional systems, where operations are stopped for a long time. Furthermore, the screen of this invention has a simple structure that just surrounds the submersible pump, and does not require special space like conventional screen equipment, making it possible to make relay pumping stations more compact, or to use existing pumps in small spaces. It is a simple and inexpensive structure that can be easily installed without any special construction at the site, and has great effects.
