Claims (1)
- ワークを支持するワーク支持面を有し、このワ
ーク支持面に対向する側とは反対側にカメラを配
置し、ワーク支持面によつて支持されたワークの
被支持面側の被撮像面の画像を上記カメラによつ
て入力することを特徴とする画像入力装置。
