Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten the construction period by fixing a shaped member having the longitudinal direction flanges on both the sides to the top part of a binding member and supporting a series of unit floor members on the flanges and introducing the washing water which flows down through the gap between the unit floor members into a water introducing passage through a water collecting trough. CONSTITUTION:A shaped member 3 which is made of C type steel and has flanges 3a and 3b in the longitudinal direction is fixed at the top part of a bundle member 2 fixed on a concrete floor slab 1. Then, a square-shaped unit member 4 is supported by flanges 3a and 3b, and a sealing member 9 is interposed between the side surfaces of the floor member 4 which is opposed in the direction crossing at right angles with the flanges 3a and 3b. The washing water for a floor surface 5 is introduced into the inside space 7 of the shaped member 3 through the gap (a) between the side surfaces of the floor member 4 and discharged by a drain pipe, and the need of one condition out of the watertight holding conditions is obviated. Accordingly, the construction period can be shortened.

For this reason, attempts have been made to develop a floor structure that can be cleaned with water while avoiding the adoption of the above-mentioned method, which requires a long construction time. If the floor is damaged, it will be extremely difficult to repair. If floor cleaning is divided into those that can rely on water spray cleaning and those that must rely on wiping, and the former is called the water spray cleaning type and the latter is the wiping cleaning type, the steps a to f above are The floor structure created through this process is of the water spray type. The methods that have been proposed to date to make assembled floors waterproof are wipe-cleaning types, and cannot be said to be water-sprinkling cleaning types.

3. Structure of the Invention The present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned problem, and consists of fixing a shape member having inwardly or outwardly facing longitudinal flanges on both sides to the top of a bundle member whose lower end is supported by a concrete floor slab; By supporting a series of unit flooring materials by a pair of longitudinal flanges of the molding material, the molding material forms a water collection gutter that receives the washing water flowing down through the gap between the unit flooring materials, and the washing water that has flowed into the molding material is formed by the molding material. The present invention is characterized in that a conduit is provided to guide the water to the drainage system, and a sealing material is interposed in the gap between the unit flooring materials in the direction perpendicular to the gap.

(Function) In the above-mentioned floor structure according to the present invention, the "shape material having inwardly or outwardly facing longitudinal flanges on both sides" is a "joist". This refers to ``two watertight maintenance conditions imposed on a floor constructed by combining unit flooring materials that act as a water collection gutter J that receives washing water flowing down through the gap between adjacent unit flooring materials, namely: This eliminates the need for one of the watertight conditions on one side of a unit flooring with a rectangular profile and the watertight condition on the side perpendicular to this circumferential surface. Relaxation of this watertight condition To shorten the required period for floor construction and to easily perform it.

The floor structure according to the present invention is not a so-called waterproof floor in which leakage of washing water between unit flooring materials is prevented, but instead allows washing water to flow from the floor surface to the internal space of the joists to the drainage system. It is something that exists.

If "floor surface - internal space of joist → drainage system" is called "drainage system via joist", the present invention can improve the construction period by adding this drainage system via joist to the floors of toilets etc. that require water spray cleaning. This allows construction to be completed in a significantly shorter period of time.

In these figures, 1 is a concrete floor slab, 2 is a bundle whose lower end is supported by the concrete floor slab l,
Reference numeral 3 denotes a shape member having longitudinal flanges facing inward or outward on both sides, and its inner surface is covered with a thin waterproof sheet. The shape material 3 is an element fixed to the top of the bundle material 2, and in terms of its function, it is a joist that supports the unit floor material 4 and also serves as a water collection gutter. In the case shown, the profile 3 is made of C-section steel. The unit floor material 4 is rectangular (rectangular or square) and is supported by a pair of longitudinal flanges 3a and 3b provided on the shape material 3. FIG. 3 is an enlarged view showing the state of this support for easy understanding. The cleaning water on the floor surface 5 enters the internal space 7 of the section 3 through the gap 6 between the side surfaces of the unit section parallel to the longitudinal flanges 3a, 3b of the section 3, and then passes through the conduit 8 shown in FIG. This leads to a drain pipe, not shown. As pointed out earlier in the section of action, the shape material 3
The system for discharging cleaning water via the joists is the "drainage system via joists," and this system meets two watertight conditions (one of the unit flooring materials with a rectangular outline) that is imposed on a floor constructed by combining unit flooring materials. One of the watertightness conditions (the watertightness condition on the side surface and the watertightness condition on the side surface perpendicular to this side surface) is made unnecessary. Reference numeral 9 denotes a sealing material to satisfy the remaining watertightness conditions, and this material is interposed between the side surfaces of unit flooring materials facing each other in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal flanges 3a and 3b of the mold material 3. The dimension a of the gap 6 that guides the cleaning water on the floor into the internal space 7 of the molded material 3 is often made small, but if the area of the floor is particularly large, this dimension a may be increased and provided in the floor. It is desirable to make the amount of cleaning water discharged through the joist drainage system sufficiently larger than the amount of cleaning water discharged through the conventional floor drainage system with an odor trap. In that case, if the pipe line 8 is connected to a suction device, the discharge speed of the cleaning water on the floor surface will be further increased, and the cleaning time will be further shortened.

A vertical sectional view showing an example, in this figure, lO is an intermediate piece for connection, lla and llb are screw holes for connection between the unit floor material 4 and the longitudinal flanges 3a, 3b of the profile 3, 12a,
Reference numeral 12b denotes a connecting screw hole between the longitudinal flanges 3a, 3b of the unit floor material 3 and the connecting intermediate piece. It is progressed sequentially using pieces lO.

C1 Effects of the Invention The present invention performs water sprinkling cleaning by installing a "drainage system via joists" that guides the cleaning water on the floor surface through the gap 6 between unit flooring materials, the mold material 3, and the pipe line 8 to the drain pipe. This brings about the effect that the bed to be obtained can be made without going through the steps a to f, which take a long time as pointed out above.
