加装置において、 変電所内の接地用機器と大地との間に挿入され
た常時閉接点を有する電磁接触子を内蔵する接地
器と、 変電所外の容易接近箇所まで測定の都度運搬す
る直流信号電源装置と、 前記変電所内まで測定の都度搬入する測定兼制
御器と、 前記接地器と直流信号電源装置と測定兼制御器
とを相互に連絡するケーブルと、を備え、 高圧系統全体の対地絶縁抵抗の測定および前記
直流信号電源装置、接地器の制御は前記変電所内
で測定兼制御器によりおこなうことを特徴とする
