- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 光磁気記録に用いられる磁界変調用磁気ヘ
ツドにおいて、その磁気コアを、厚さ１μｍない
し２０μｍに金属強磁性体薄膜を厚さ数百Ａない
し数μｍの絶縁体薄膜を挟んで数層ないし数千層
積層して、円筒状に形成したことを特徴とする磁
界変調用磁気ヘツド。 (2) 前記実用新案請求の範囲の記載において、
円筒状磁気コアを、中心円柱部と外周円筒部及び
底面からなる縦断面Ｅ字型に形成することを特徴
とする磁界変調用磁気ヘツド。
