。In this concentrated waste liquid facility, various chemical waste liquids generated in conjunction with the operation of a nuclear power plant are subjected to concentration distillation treatment, and then become concentrated waste liquid 2 and flow into a concentrated waste liquid tank 1 . When the liquid level of the concentrated waste liquid 2 reaches a predetermined value in the concentrated waste liquid tank 1, this is detected by a liquid level detector (not shown), the tank outlet valve 4 is opened, and the transfer pump 5 is operated. , and transferred to a waste liquid solidification treatment system (not shown). After transferring the concentrated waste liquid 2, the concentrated waste liquid transfer piping 3
In order to wash away the concentrated waste liquid 2 remaining in the tank and prevent corrosion of the concentrated waste liquid transfer pipe 3, the wash water outlet valve 7 is opened, and the make-up water is used as wash water to flow from the wash water pipe 6 into the concentrated waste liquid transfer pipe 3. inject. Then, while cleaning the inside of the concentrated waste liquid transfer pipe 3 with washing water, the inside of the concentrated waste liquid transfer pipe 3 is cleaned by flowing the washing water to the waste liquid solidification treatment system.

When the liquid level in the concentrated waste liquid tank 1 reaches a predetermined value, a liquid level detector (not shown) detects this and opens the tank outlet valve 4, and the transfer pump 5
is operated to transfer the concentrated waste liquid 2 in the concentrated waste liquid tank 1 to a solidification facility (not shown) via the concentrated waste liquid transfer pipe 3 and the solidification processing system inlet valve 8. Completion of transferring the concentrated waste liquid 2 is determined by low liquid level detection by the liquid level detector, and the tank outlet valve 4 is
, and the transfer pump 5 is stopped.

きる。At the same time as this transfer is completed, the wash water inlet valve 7 is opened to fill the concentrated waste liquid transfer pipe 3 with wash water, and the solidification treatment system inlet valve 8 is closed. After leaving this state for a certain period of time and sufficiently diluting the remaining concentrated waste liquid 2 in the concentrated waste liquid transfer pipe 3 and the transfer pump 5 with washing water, the solidification treatment system inlet valve 8 is opened.
The remaining concentrated waste liquid 2 and wash water are discharged to the solidification equipment. As a result, when cleaning the concentrated waste liquid transfer piping 3 and the transfer pump 5, it is possible to improve the cleaning effect with less cleaning water than the conventional cleaning water amount, thus reducing the amount of secondary waste generated and processing the concentrated waste liquid 2. Efficiency can be improved.
