転ドラムの回転中において磁気テープの走行を停
止させる走行停止手段と、記録信号源と、再生信
号レベル表示手段と、磁気テープ走行停止中回転
ドラムの一回転期間にわたつて磁気ヘツドに記録
信号源から出力される記録信号を供給し、かつ磁
気テープ走行停止中において前記記録信号の磁気
ヘツドへの供給終了後回転ドラムの１回転以上の
回転数期間にわたつて磁気ヘツドによる再生信号
を再生信号レベル表示手段へ供給する信号切替手
段とを備え、再生信号レベル表示手段に表示され
た再生信号レベルにより磁気ヘツドの電磁変換特
性を測定することを特徴とする磁気ヘツドの電磁
