For example, in the case of a chain conveyor as a conveying device, in order to place and convey the eggs, placing attachments are installed horizontally on the endless chains on both sides, and the endless chains of the conveyor are rotated via sprockets. was carrying out transportation.

駆動チェーンコンベヤを提供することにある。However, in conventional conveying devices using chain conveyors, the endless chains disposed on both sides of the conveyor slide and move on guide rails during operation, which increases the load on the drive device. Therefore, the longer the conveyor is, the greater the load becomes, and the capacity of the drive device must be increased. Additionally, there is a problem in that running costs increase when a number of these conveyors are used. Furthermore, when transporting fragile items such as eggs, it is desirable to transport them smoothly with as little vibration as possible, but with conventional equipment that has a mounting attachment on an endless chain, There was a concern that the vibrations generated during reversal would be transmitted to the endless chain and other mounting attachments, giving vibration to the conveyed objects, and causing damage due to collisions between the conveyed objects. Furthermore, conventional conveyors were wide. The present invention was developed in view of the above points, and its purpose is to transport light and fragile eggs, etc. safely and with low power, and with a simple structure and a narrow one-sided transport system. Our objective is to provide a drive chain conveyor.

That is, guide rails are provided on both sides of the conveyor body in the longitudinal direction, and a drive shaft is pivotally supported at one end of the conveyor body, and a driven shaft is pivotally supported at the other end.
Further, a sprocket is fitted to one end of each of the driving shaft and driven shaft, and a roller guide member is provided at the other end, and an endless chain is stretched over the sprocket of the driving shaft and driven shaft, and a full length is attached to the side of the endless chain. Conveying shafts are provided at predetermined intervals over the entire range, and rollers are provided at both ends of each of the conveying shafts, and each of the rollers moves along the guide rail by rotation of an endless chain caused by the operation of a driving means connected to the drive shaft. This configuration is such that the objects placed on the conveyance shaft are conveyed while being transferred over the conveyance shaft.

In conjunction with this movement, on one side of the conveyor, an endless chain stretched through a sprocket at one end of the drive shaft and driven shaft rotates, and each roller provided on the conveyance shaft moves on the guide rail, causing the conveyor to rotate. As the endless chain provided on one side rotates, each conveyance shaft moves smoothly via rollers rolling on guide rails. Therefore, even fragile objects such as eggs can be transported more safely and reliably without fear of damage due to vibration or the like. Further, the load applied to the driving means can be reduced.

As shown in FIG. 2, these guide rails 2 have different width dimensions (X, Y) on the left and right sides. That is, the width of the guide rail 2a on the left side of the figure is narrow;
The right guide rail 2b is about twice as wide as the left guide rail 2a. The guide rail 2a on the left side is a rail that guides a roller 3a, which will be described later, and is made of large and small U-shaped elongated lightweight members. , a small guide rail 5 is attached along the longitudinal direction. Each of the rollers 3a moves between the lower inner surface 4a of the large guide rail 4 and the upper outer surface 5a of the small guide rail 5 during operation. On the other hand, the right guide rail 2b is a rail that guides a roller 3b provided on the endless chain 6 side, which will be described later. A small U-shaped long lightweight member is provided to face the left guide rail 2a. This right side small guide rail 7 is attached along the longitudinal direction at the center of the inner surface of the large guide rail 8 which also serves as an outer frame part. The roller 3b on the endless chain 6 side is
During operation, the lower inner surface 8a of the large guide rail 8 and the upper outer surface 7a of the small guide rail 7 are transferred and moved.Also, there is a large guide rail whose both ends are slightly longer than the left and right small guide rails 5, 7. A drive shaft (not shown) is rotatably supported at one end of 4 and 8, and a driven shaft (not shown) is rotatably supported at the other end. A sprocket is fitted to the end of each drive shaft and driven shaft on the rail 2b side that guides the endless chain 6, and the endless chain 6 is stretched around the sprocket. Further, the drive shaft is connected to a drive motor via a drive sprocket, a drive chain, a speed reducer, or the like. Further, the other ends of the drive shaft and the driven shaft are pivoted so that each shaft can rotate, and a guide member is provided to guide each roller 3a that changes direction at the end with rotation of the endless chain 6. . However, on one side of the endless chain 6,
Conveyance shafts 9 are provided at predetermined intervals over the entire length, and the rollers 3a and 3b are rotatably pivoted at both ends of each conveyance shaft 9. Further, the conveying shafts 9 are provided at intervals smaller than the minimum width of the eggs. In the conveyor according to the present invention having such a configuration, 1. the drive shaft rotates through the reduction gear, the drive chain, the drive sprocket, etc. due to the operation of the drive motor, which is the drive means, and this movement Interlockingly, the endless chain rotates along the guide rail on one side, and the rollers 3a and 3b of each conveying shaft 9 provided on the endless chain also move on the guide rails 2a and 2b on both sides, and the endless chain 6
Each conveyance shaft 9 moves with the rotation. By placing the eggs to be transported between these transport shafts 9, even if the conveyor according to the present invention is installed at an incline, the eggs will not fall on the conveyor and be damaged, and the poultry house can be easily maintained. The eggs collected are smoothly transported one by one.

いった心配がない。In this way, in the one-side drive chain conveyor of the present invention, as is clear from the above description, the endless chain is provided only on one side of the conveyor, and this endless chain can be rotated by the driving means, so that the numerous chains attached to the endless chain can be rotated. The conveyor shafts can be moved by relocating the rollers installed on each conveyor shaft, so compared to conventional chain conveyors, the load is lower and mechanical efficiency is superior. It is possible to safely and reliably transport fragile items such as eggs placed on the machine smoothly with little vibration. In addition, conveyor axes are provided on the endless chain at predetermined intervals, and objects such as eggs are placed between the conveyor axes, so the front and rear conveyor axes function like stoppers, and the conveyor is installed at an angle. Also, there is no need to worry about the conveyed object falling and falling during conveyance.
