Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent wear due to the collision of a pin with a pin hole by arranging a wear-resistant ring sliding plate between a rotor and an armature, and forming a sleeve whose inside diameter is fitted to the pin and outside diameter is closely fitted to a pin hole, on the sliding plate. CONSTITUTION:When an exciting coil 121 is energized, and armature 132 is attached by a rotor 110 for close engagement with a rotor frictional surface 112. As a result, the resistance of a magnetic circuit decreases, the amount of magnetic flux increases and the magnetic flux of an absorbing part 140 increases, and the top end 136 of a pin 142 comes into contact with a sliding plate 150 against the force of a spring 143. A load increases and relative slippage occurs between the armature 132 and the rotor 110. When the position of the sleeve 151 of the sliding plate 150 coincides with that of the pin 142, the pin 142 is fitted to a sleeve 151 by the attaching force of a pin absorbing part 140. It is thus possible to protect a pin hole 113 and the rotor frictional surface 112 by the sliding plate 150 and a sleeve 151 even at the time of high- speed rotation and prevent the wear at the time of pin fitting.

When an electromagnetic clutch with such a structure is used, for example, attached to a compressor of a vehicle air conditioner, a stator that generates magnetic force is attached to the compressor, and a cone compressor is rotatably connected to the cone compressor via a bearing. It consists of a rotor attached to the compressor and a knob with an armature that can be moved in the axial direction by the magnetic force of the stator attached to the compressor, and the friction surface of the armature that is provided opposite to the friction surface of the rotor is the stator. The motor is attracted to the rotor by the magnetic force generated by the motor, and the torque transmitted from the drive device is transmitted to the compressor, which is the driven side. In the electromagnetic clutch with the structure described above, rotational force is transmitted exclusively by the frictional force between the rotor and the armature, but this frictional force has a limit, making it difficult to generate high torque. there were.

The clutch of the above-mentioned prior application operates smoothly when starting under normal light loads, but when the clutch is operated under a condition where the starting torque is large, such as when the compressor is in a liquid compression state, the gap between the armatine and the rotor Since a torque that exceeds the force due to the frictional engagement of The clutch may violently collide with the side wall of the hole entrance, which causes large wear on the rotor pin sliding surface and the side wall of the pin hole entrance, which tends to shorten the life of the clutch.

As mentioned above, by attaching a sliding plate with a sleeve that fits into the pin hole to the sliding part of the rotor friction surface where the pin slides, the pin slides on the sliding plate when the clutch is activated and fits into the pin hole. Engages with the fitted sleeve. The sliding plate and sleeve are made of highly wear-resistant materials, so even if the clutch is operated under high load, the sliding plate will not wear out due to sliding with the pin, and the pin will not cause impact to the sleeve. No wear occurs at the sleeve inlet even when engaged with the sleeve. Furthermore, if a protrusion is formed on the pin entry side of the sleeve inlet on the sliding plate, if there is a large difference in rotational speed between the rotor and armature and the sliding speed of the pin is high, the pin will be flipped up by the protrusion. Since the pin jumps over the sleeve entrance, the pin and sleeve will not engage unless the difference in rotational speed between the rotor and armature falls below a certain value, completely preventing wear on the sleeve entrance due to collision with the pin.

In the electromagnetic clutch constructed in this way, the compressor 2
00, when the exciting coil 121 is energized, a magnetic flux is generated as shown by the broken line i in FIG. 2, and a force is immediately applied to the armature 132 to attract the rotor 110. As a result, the leaf spring 133 is elastically bent, and the armature 132 moves in the axial direction, and is brought into close contact with the rotor friction surface 112 of the rotor 110 by suction, thereby engaging in friction. In normal startup, the time required from energization of the excitation coil 121 to completion of frictional engagement with the rotor friction surface of the armature armature 132 is 20 minutes.

Due to the close contact between the armature core 132 and the rotor 110, the resistance of the magnetic circuit decreases and the amount of magnetic flux increases. As a result, the magnetic flux flowing through the pin adsorption portion 140 increases, and an attractive force that exceeds the spring urging force of the spring 143 holding the pin 142 acts, causing the tip of the pin 136 to move toward the sliding plate 150.
is brought into contact with. This operation is performed by the spring 143 so that there is a delay of 40 to 7Q+ns after the excitation coil 121 is energized.
The drag force is set. Here, when the load of the compressor 200 increases and exceeds the frictional force between the friction surfaces of the armature 132 and the roller 110, the armature 132 and the rotor 110
The sleeve 151 of the sliding plate 150 causes relative sliding.
The positions of the pin 142 match, and the pin 142 is fitted into the sleeve 151 by the suction force acting on the pin suction portion 140. In this embodiment, the outer diameter of the pin 142 is 5 m, the inner diameter of the sleeve 151 is 8 alI1, and the pin suction part 140 is
The suction power of 0.3~0. 6 kg, and the relative speed of the armature 132 and rotor 110 is 1ooorp.
Although the pin 142 and sleeve 151 can be fitted together up to a speed of approximately
It is approximately 0 rpm, and the above-mentioned pins are fitted with almost no shock.

In addition, the load fluctuation of the compressor 200 is caused by the armchair 132
Since the frictional connection capacity of the rotor 110 is lower than that of the pin 142
The difference between the outer diameter of the pin hole 152 and the inner diameter of the pin hole 152 is 1 to 3 as described above.
Although it is said to be about mm, due to load fluctuations of the compressor, pin 1
42 vibrates within the sleeve 151 and collides with the side wall of the sleeve 151, making it possible to transmit a large load torque without generating abnormal noise.

Furthermore, during liquid compression start-up or high-speed start-up, under the condition that the above-mentioned frictional engagement time exceeds the operating time of the pin 142, the relative speed between the armature 132 and the rotor 110 is reduced by the above-mentioned frictional engagement, but is still 50 orpm or more. Although some shock occurs when the pins are mated, the frequency of such activation is low and it is not at a level that poses a problem.

Further, even in such a state, the rotor friction surface 112, the pin hole 113, and the side wall portion are protected by the highly hard sliding surface 153 of the sliding plate 150 and the sleeve 150, so there is no risk of wear.

When the clutch is operated, a large load is applied to the armature 13.
2 and the rotor 110 is large, the pin 14
2 slides on the sliding surface 153 at a high sliding speed, so when it passes the protrusion 154, it is flipped upward and jumps over the sleeve 151, so that it does not engage with the sleeve 151. This prevents impactful engagement when the relative speed is high, and the pin 142 and sleeve 151 are engaged only when the relative speed becomes sufficiently small due to the frictional engagement between the armature 132 and the rotor 110. Impact during fitting and wear of the artificial part of the sleeve 151 due to it can be completely prevented.
