に装着して用いる車両用滑止め部材に関するもの

路面に対して突出状11cとなつて、この部分が
路面との摩擦により、他部より早く摩耗して破損
を起し易く、また衝撃も生ずるという問題点があ
つたとともに上記型式のものはタイヤの両側面に
沿つて巻付けられる部分(長手方向の両側辺部)
がネツト本体11の自己弾性応力により元の平板
状態に復元しようとし、その結果タイヤの両側面
に対するなじみが悪くなり、ネツト本体11がタ
イヤの外周面から外れ易くなるという惧れがある
ばかりでなく、ネツト本体連結部両端部を重合状
態として連結するため、タイヤの大きさに合せて
巻付け寸法を調整する範囲を大きくとることがで
きない等の問題点があつた。

体にモールドすることにより、前記ネツト状滑止
め部材の強度を高め、かつ自己弾性応力による復

転時のネツト状滑止め部材の浮上りを防止し、同
時にタイヤの大きさに合せて巻付け寸法を調整し
得る範囲を大きくとることができる車両用滑止め

つて交差する斜状条片部との集約部となし、さら
に前記両側平行条片部および斜状条片部内に補強
芯材を一体にモールドして構成されるものであ

材のタイヤの外周面に対するなじみを良好とな
し、前記ネツト状滑止め部材が自己弾性応力によ
る復元力により、タイヤの外周面から容易に外れ
たり、あるいは高速回転時の遠心力によりタイヤ
の外周面から容易に浮上り外れるのを防止し得る
ものであり、また前記索条連結具係止用舌片部の
基端部を前記ネツト状滑止め部材の両側平行条片
部と斜状条片部との集約部とし、かつ前記両側平
行条片部、斜状条片部内にそれぞれ補強芯材を一
体にモールドすることにより、前記ネツト状滑止
め部材全体を補強し得、しかも滑止め部材の連結

つて、ゴムあるいは合成樹脂等の弾性体によりタ
イヤの外周面および両側面に適合し得る内側形と
所要巾をもつて形成されたラダー状滑止め部材お
よび前記ラダー状滑止め部材間において少なくと
も1乃至数個のラダー状滑止め部材を有し、かつ
前記タイヤの外周面に適合し得る内側形と所要巾
をもつて前記ラダー状滑止め部材と一体に形成さ
れたネツト状滑止め部材とからなり、前記ネツト
状滑止め部材はその両側平行条片部に索条連結具
係止用舌片部を設けるとともに前記索条連結具係
止用舌片部の基端部を、前記両側平行条片部と所
要角度をもつて交差する斜状条片部との集約部と
なし、さらに前記両側平行条片部および斜状条片
部内に補強芯材を一体にモールドしたことを特徴
とする車両用滑止め部材。
