Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧電素子と電極とからなる電歪要素の両端面に
一対の金属ブロツクを備え、前記電歪要素及び金
属ブロツクの中心部に配置された締結ボルトと該
締結ボルトに螺合して金属ブロツクを押圧するナ
ツト部材とによつて、前記電歪要素及び金属ブロ
ツクをその積層方向に締め付けて一体に形成した
ランジユバン型振動子において、 前記ナツト部材と金属ブロツクとの押圧面の外
周部側に、前記積層方向に張り出す凸状部を設け
たことを特徴とするランジユバン型振動子。
