- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 少なくとも一の端末熱交換器と、該端末熱
交換器との間で第１の熱媒体を介して熱伝達を行
う吸収式冷温水発生機とを備えた吸収式冷暖房装
置と、 少なくとも一のヒートポンプ室内機と、該ヒー
トポンプ室内機との間で第２の熱媒体を介して熱
伝達を行うヒートポンプ室外機とを備えたヒート
ポンプ式冷暖房装置と、 前記吸収式冷温水発生機の熱媒体出入管に連結
された熱交換部と、該熱交換部を包含し、前記ヒ
ートポンプ室外機の熱媒体出入管に連結された缶
体部とを備えた熱交換装置とからなる、 ことを特徴とする冷暖房装置。 (2) 熱交換装置の熱交換部及び缶体部のそれぞ
れを流通する第１及び第２の熱媒体を加熱する加
熱装置を設けた請求項(1)記載の冷暖房装置。
