Claims (1)
- 記録紙搬送経路で上ユニツトと他のユニツトと
に分割されていて記録紙のジヤム処理時に上記上
ユニツトを開けて記録紙を取り除くような構成を
有する画像形成装置で用いられる定着ローラと該
定着ローラに加圧させるようにした加圧ローラと
を備えてなる定着装置において、上記定着ローラ
への加圧ローラの加圧力を付与させる装置を加圧
ローラの軸受部に備え、且つ上記上ユニツトを開
いたときに上記定着ローラの回転方向を記録紙搬
送方向への回転方向とは逆方向へ切り換え回転方
向切換装置を装備してなることを特徴とする定着
装置。
