Introducing outside air, removing dust, and heat treatment. It is connected to a ceiling-mounted outside air processing device that performs heat recovery, humidification, etc. Figure 3 is a schematic diagram of a conventional direct expansion multi-type air conditioner, and Figure 4 is an outline diagram of the outside air processing equipment.
In the figure, for example, an outdoor unit 2 having a compressor, a four-way valve, an A compressor, a refrigerant control circuit: 8 circuits, etc. is installed on the rooftop or tower of Building I, and in the ceiling of Building I, A plurality of indoor units 3 having an evaporator, a throttle device, etc. are provided, and these outdoor units 2 and each indoor unit 3 are connected by refrigerant piping 4. Furthermore, an outside air processing device 5, the details of which are shown in FIG. 4, is also connected to the outdoor unit 2 through a refrigerant pipe 4, and is provided in the ceiling of the room. This outside air processing device 5
is equipped with an outdoor air suction port 6 that opens to the outside, and this outdoor air suction port 6 is communicated with a high-performance filter 7 that removes dust and the like contained in the outdoor air. At a position adjacent to the total heat exchanger 8 provided following the filter 7, a blower 9a that sucks outdoor air and releases it indoors is connected to the filter 7 by an intake path A passing through the total heat exchanger 8. On the downstream side of this blower 9a, there is a throttle mechanism 10a, and as mentioned above, the refrigerant pipe 4 connects the outdoor unit 2.
The evaporator/a condenser lO connected to the
12 is an outdoor air outlet for discharging the treated air into the room, and 13 is provided adjacent to the outdoor air outlet l2. This is the indoor air inlet. A medium-performance filter 14 is provided adjacent to the blower 9a and removes dust, etc. from the air sucked in from the indoor air suction port 13, and a blower 9b is provided adjacent to the filter and sucks indoor air and discharges it to the outdoors. are connected to each other by an exhaust path B passing through the total heat exchanger 8, and an indoor air outlet 15 communicating with the blower 9b is opened adjacent to the outdoor air inlet 6. The total heat exchanger 8 is configured to exchange heat between the air flowing through the intake path A and the air flowing through the exhaust path B. The branch duct 1 is connected to the intake duct 16 connected to the outdoor air outlet l2 of the outdoor air processing device 5 configured as described above.
6a is branched, and this branch duct l6a is connected to each indoor unit 3. Further, the return air duct 17 connected to the indoor air suction port 13 of the outdoor air processing device 5 is connected to the indoor air suction box 1, and is further connected to the outdoor air suction port 6 of the outdoor air processing device 5 and the indoor air The outlet l5 is communicated with the outside air through a suction duct 20 and an exhaust duct 21 that penetrate the outer wall 19. 22 is the ceiling board. By being configured in this way, the blower 9a.9
When b rotates, the outside air is sucked into the outside air processing device 5 through the outdoor air suction port 6, removed by a high-performance filter 7, and then flows into the total heat exchanger 8. On the other hand, indoor air is sucked in from the indoor air suction box l8, passes through the return air duct 17, and is sucked into the outside air processing device 5 from the indoor air suction port l3. This air is removed from dust by a medium-performance filter 14 and then transferred to a total heat exchanger 8.
where outdoor air and indoor air exchange heat,
Indoor air is discharged by the blower 9b to the outside of the outer wall 2l through the indoor air outlet 15 and the exhaust duct 20. Also,
The outdoor air is cooled (heated in the case of Ill) by the blower 9a and the evaporator (condenser in the case of the II room) 10 (heated in the case of the Ill room), and is then sent to the indoor unit 3 through the outdoor air outlet 12, the intake duct 16, and the branch duct 16a. It is released to the primary side of the evaporator (condenser in the case of heating). In addition, during heating, air humidified by humidifier l1 is released. On the other hand, indoor unit 3 is installed at the same time as cooling or heating operation. The dust removal operation of the indoor air is also carried out using the high-performance filter filter, and the outside air treated by the outside air processing device is simultaneously discharged into the room from the indoor LA3 outlet, thereby providing total air conditioning for the room. [Problem to be solved by the invention] The direct expansion multi-type air conditioner is capable of total air conditioning by combining the outside air processing device 5 and the indoor room 813, but in the conventional outside air processing device, the humidifier 1, l is of the ultrasonic type, There is a problem with the current transition to natural evaporation type humidifiers, which do not generate calcification, etc.In other words, the amount of humidification in natural evaporation type humidifiers is highly dependent on the air temperature of the humidifier, and the increase in outside air temperature As a result, the outlet temperature of the heat exchanger increases, and especially in the case of a direct expansion type, the capacity of the condenser also increases in proportion to the increase in outside air temperature. The temperature rises. As a result, the amount of humidification increases, causing the air-conditioned room to become overly humidified, making it impossible to control the humidification. The present invention was made in view of the above points. The object of the present invention is to provide an outside air processing device that makes it possible to control the humidification amount of a natural evaporation type humidifier.

In order to solve this problem, in the present invention, outdoor air is sucked in from the outdoor air inlet by the rotation of the blower, passes through the total heat exchanger, evaporator/condenser, and humidifier, and blown out from the outdoor air outlet, and the outdoor air is drawn into the indoor air by the rotation of the blower. In the outside air processing device configured to exchange heat with the indoor air taken in from the air suction port, passed through the total heat exchanger, and blown out from the indoor air outlet, with the total heat exchanger, the area near the indoor air suction port. ITJ is connected to the evaporator/condenser and controls the heat medium flow rate.
A humidification amount control device is provided, which consists of a valve that controls the amount of water and an arithmetic element that is electrically connected to the valve and determines the opening degree of the valve. [Function] When the blower rotates, outdoor air is drawn into the outdoor air processing device from the outdoor air suction port, where it is evaporated into the total heat exchanger and evaporated. The air is discharged from the outdoor air outlet after passing through the compressor and humidifier. On the other hand, when another blower rotates, the indoor air sucked in from the indoor air intake is discharged from the indoor air outlet after passing through the total heat exchanger. In this case, outdoor air and indoor air exchange heat with each other when passing through a total heat exchanger. During heating operation, outside air is humidified when it passes through a natural evaporation type humidifier, but if the outside air temperature rises at this time, the outlet temperature of the total heat exchanger also rises. Since the heating capacity of the compressor also increases, the temperature of the air supplied to the humidifier also increases. When this temperature exceeds the indoor set temperature, the humidity detection element detects this and the refrigerant M v1? 'I Determine the opening degree of the J valve using an arithmetic element and narrow it down. Also, if the temperature of the air supplied to the humidifier is below the indoor set temperature, the amount of refrigerant @
The opening degree of the I in valve increases, increasing the flow rate of refrigerant and increasing the capacity of the condenser, thereby increasing the air temperature at the humidifier inlet and increasing the affil. That is, even if the outside air temperature changes, there will be no insufficient humidification or excessive humidification.

6a is branched, and this branch duct 16a is connected to each indoor unit 3. Further, the return air duct 17 connected to the indoor air suction port 13 of the outside air processing device 5 is connected to the indoor air suction box l8, and is further connected to the outdoor air suction port 6 of the outside air processing device 5 and the indoor air outlet. l5 is communicated with the outside air by a suction duct 20 and an exhaust duct 21 that penetrate the outer wall l9. 22 is the ceiling board. In the vicinity of the indoor air suction port 13, there is an indoor air suction port 1.
A temperature detection element 23 for detecting the temperature of the indoor air sucked in from the outside air processing device 3 is electrically connected to an arithmetic element 24 fixed to the outer wall of the outside air processing device 5 in the vicinity thereof. .. Further, a refrigerant pipe connected to the evaporator/condenser 10 is provided with a refrigerant residue control valve 25 whose opening degree is determined by a signal from an arithmetic element 24. The operation of the outside air processing device configured as above will be explained. When the blowers 9a and 9b rotate during cooling operation, outside air is sucked into the outside air processing device 5 through the outdoor air suction port 6, removed by a high-performance filter 7, and then flows into the total heat exchanger 8. On the other hand, indoor air is sucked in from the indoor air suction box l8,
Air is drawn into the outside air processing device 5 through the indoor air suction port 13 through the return air duct 17. This air is filtered through medium-performance filter 1
4, the dust is removed and the air flows into the total heat exchanger 8, where heat is exchanged between the outdoor air and the indoor air, and the indoor air passes through the indoor air outlet 15 and the exhaust duct 20 by the blower 9b to the outside of the outer wall 2l. released. Also, the outdoor air is cooled by the blower 9a in the evaporator lO, and is discharged to the primary side of the evaporator of the indoor unit 3 through the outdoor air outlet l2, the intake duct 16, and the branch duct 16a. Next, during heating operation, the flow of air inside and outside the room is the same as during cooling, but by switching the four-way valve (not shown), the evaporator/condenser IO acts as a condenser, and hot air is converted into a natural evaporative humidifier. The outside air is humidified by passing through the container. At this time, when the indoor temperature rises, the outlet temperature of the total heat exchanger 8 rises, and the heating capacity of the condenser 10 also rises, so the temperature of the air supplied to the humidifier 1l also rises. At this time, in the conventional device, the amount of humidification increases and the indoor relative humidity rises, resulting in excessive humidification, but in the present invention, a humidity sensing element 2 is installed near the indoor air intake port l3 of the outside air processing device 5.
3 is provided, so that when the temperature of the air passing through the condenser 10 exceeds the indoor set temperature, the opening degree of the refrigerant amount control valve 25 provided in the refrigerant piping section of the condenser 10 changes to
The opening is narrowed down to the opening determined by the arithmetic element 24. Furthermore, when the temperature of the air passing through the condenser IO becomes equal to or lower than the indoor set temperature, the opening degree of the refrigerant amount control valve 25 increases to the opening degree determined by the arithmetic element 24, so that the flow rate of the refrigerant increases. This increases the capacity of the a-condenser 10, increases the inlet temperature of the humidifier 11, and increases the amount of humidification. In this way, the indoor relative temperature can be maintained constant regardless of changes in the outside air temperature. Figure 2 (a) is a relationship diagram between outdoor air dry bulb temperature and heat exchanger heating capacity, Figure 2 (b) is a relationship diagram between outdoor air dry bulb temperature and humidification amount, and Figure 2 (C ) is a relationship diagram between outdoor air dry bulb temperature and indoor relative temperature. In these figures, the dotted lines show the relationship diagrams in the conventional outside air processing device, and the solid lines show the relationship diagrams in the outside air processing device according to the present invention. As is clear from the figure, whereas conventionally the heating capacity of the heat exchanger, the amount of humidification, and the indoor relative temperature change with changes in the outdoor air temperature, in the outdoor air processing device according to the present invention, these are kept at constant values. This shows that . In this embodiment, the present invention is applied to a direct expansion type air conditioner, but it can also be applied to a water conditioner air conditioner, and similar effects can be obtained. - In this case, a water flow control valve may be provided at the inlet of the heat exchanger.

In the outdoor air processing device configured to rotate, the indoor air sucked in from the indoor air suction port and passed through the total heat exchanger and blown out from the indoor air outlet is heat exchanged with the indoor air using the total heat exchanger. A temperature sensing element near the mouth detects the indoor temperature, a valve connected to the outside air heat exchanger to control the flow rate of the heat medium, and electrically connected to the valve to determine the opening degree of the valve. By providing a humidification amount control device consisting of an arithmetic element, even if the temperature of the outside air changes, the arithmetic element determines the opening degree of the refrigerant flow rate control 1I valve based on the data of the indoor temperature detection element. By controlling the flow rate of refrigerant,
The humidity of the air flowing into the natural evaporation type humidifier is controlled, and the amount of humidification can be controlled so that it reaches the set temperature in the room, so there is no lack of humidification or too much humidification as with conventional humidifiers.
Comfortable humidification can be achieved and the effect is great.
