As such filth continues to flow in, it is actually impossible to remove it through dredging, and the current situation is that it is simply allowed to flow into the sea in small amounts.

Therefore, few effective measures have been taken.

なくてもよい。FIG. 1 shows one embodiment of the present invention, in which a river 1 has a turbid water channel 2 through which turbid water with a high concentration of filth such as sludge flows.
and a clear water channel 3 through which 7q water, which is more transparent than the turbid water, flows are provided separately and isolated from each other. That is, the river 1 is divided into upper and lower parts by the intermediate bottom 5,
Muddy water flows on the bottom side, and clear water flows on the second side. It is preferable that the upper and lower channels are completely partitioned, but if there is no risk that a large amount of dirt will flow in from the lower side, it may be possible for the running water to flow between the upper and lower channels to some extent.
In some cases, it may be something like a thin mesh. A purifying substance 4 useful for purifying water is placed on the intermediate bottom 5L forming the bottom of the clear water channel 3. If the upper surface of the intermediate bottom 5 and the purifying substance 4 are made white or light blue, the transparency of the flowing water will be improved.
This is preferable because the visual effect of "L" can be obtained. As the purifying material 4, one or more of cobblestone, clay, activated carbon, theolite, honeycomb, etc., may be used. It is convenient to form these into a mat or block shape so that they can be easily replaced. If an adsorbent is employed as the purifying substance, it is also possible to remove 71'j turbid substances dissolved in the water. Note that this type of purifying substance does not necessarily have to be provided.

This blower pump 7 is equipped with a gas suction pipe 9 at the discharge port of a submersible pump, and the jet water flow discharged from the pump forms a negative pressure section and sucks gas.
The bottle contains microscopic air bubbles that eject water. Note that the aeration device is not limited to the proa-bomb as described in E, but any other suitable device that can mix oxygen or air into water may be used. In addition, in the illustrated example, the aeration device 7 or the f. 1”

It is connected to the aeration device 7 via 2 and 13. Also,
There is a dissolved oxygen indicator controller (DOI[l:) 1 4 in the water.
A sensor section 15 is provided, and oxygen or air is sent to the aeration device based on the detection result. For example, if the dissolved oxygen concentration is 3 ppm or more, the valve 12 is left idle and the hull 13 is opened to discharge air into the water. When the dissolved oxygen concentration is higher than a predetermined value, the suction of oxygen and air may be stopped, and furthermore, the operation of the pump itself may be stopped.

The upper part of the turbid water channel 2 is covered by a ceiling plate 8. The upper surface of this top plate 8 can be used as a walking path, flower bed, etc. It is effective to provide the same aeration device 7 and purifying substance 4 in the 7o water flow path 3.

は前述の通りである。6 and 7 show examples in which a clay pipe 10 is provided as the turbid water channel 2. In the example in FIG. 6, the clay pipe 10 is placed at the bottom of the river 1, and in the example in FIG. It is buried below the bottom of the As shown in FIG. 6, if a clay pipe 10 serving as a turbid water channel 2 is placed in a river, construction is simple and economical. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, if the earthen pipe 10 is buried below the riverbed, there is an advantage that the dead volume of the river 1 is not reduced and there is no resistance to flowing water. As mentioned above, it is preferable to arrange an aeration device and a purifying substance in the clear water channel.

It is economical because it only needs to be drained, so there is no need for major construction work such as installing a separate waterway, and there is no cost for acquiring land.

The turbid water channels are isolated and cannot be seen from the outside, which increases the transparency of the river and greatly improves its aesthetic appearance. If an aeration device or a purifying substance as described in the example is added to this fresh water channel, the BOD of the flowing water can be reduced. COD is reduced and the environment can be made habitable for fish.
