比較するために製造した床材の断面構成を示した
図である。第４図は、実施例１、実施例２及び比
較例で作製した床材の床衝撃音遮断性能を表す。
図中○印は実施例１、◎は実施例２、●は比較例
２の場合を表す。 １……上層、２……発泡体埋設合板、３……下
層、４……合板、５……制振シート、６……中芯

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 裏面に制振シート５を積層した化粧貼り合板
からなる上層１と緩衝材からなる下層３との間に
、少なくとも合板４及び表面積の４０％以上を打
抜いた中芯打抜合板６の該打抜部に発泡体７を埋
設せしめた発泡体埋設合板２とを積層せしめたこ
とを特徴とする直貼り用遮音性木質床材。 ２ 合板４と発泡体埋設合板２との間に制振シー
ト５を積層した請求項１に記載の直貼り用床材。 ３ 合板４を発泡体埋設合板２の上層側に積層し
た請求項１又は２に記載の直貼り用遮音性木質床
材。 ４ 合板４を発泡体埋設合板２より下層側に積層
した請求項１又は２に記載の直貼り用遮音性木質
床材。
