Conventional Structure and Problems Generally, in this type of solar water heating system, a solar collector 6 and a primary pipe 7 are connected as shown in FIG. There are two types of connection ports for the solar collector 6: those with connecting screws 8 as shown in Figures 2 and 3, and those with straight pipes 9 as shown in Figure 4. The material is Cu, Al, and Fe. In addition, the material of the connection part of the primary pipe 7 is Cu,
There are various types depending on the purpose of use, such as Fe and EPDM.
Generally, the material of the connection port 9 of the collector is Cu or Cu.
Alloys are often used, and the material of the primary pipe 7 is
Fe is used. Using dissimilar metals in this way,
When piping is connected using the cylindrical body 5 as shown in FIG. 5, and the piping is connected in a state where dissimilar metals are in contact with each other, a potential difference is generated between the dissimilar metals, causing corrosion of the metal materials.

Purpose of the invention In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has been developed in such a way that when connecting ports of dissimilar metals are connected, the pipes may be connected in a state where they are in contact with each other, or the pipe joints may come into contact due to thermal expansion, etc. This prevents potential differences between different metals from causing corrosion.

Structure of the invention The basic structure of the invention to achieve the above-mentioned purpose is to connect pipes of different metals with a roughly gourd-shaped cross section as shown in Figure 7, with an inner diameter D 1 at the center and connections at both ends. The structure is such that a cylindrical body 1 having an inner diameter smaller than the inner diameter D2 of the opening 1a is attached. This cylindrical body 1
When the rubber molded product is made of electrically insulating material such as EPDM, the inner diameter of the center part is smaller than the inner diameter of the connection ports at both ends, and the pipe connection port 2 and the pipe connection port 3 are installed close to each other. But piping connection port 2
The pipe connection port 3 and the pipe connection port 3 are arranged in the center of the cylindrical body 1 and are not in direct contact with each other to prevent corrosion due to contact between dissimilar metals.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. Figure 6 shows an installation example in which piping is connected using the cylindrical body 1, and the piping connection port 2 and the piping connection port 3, which are made of different metal piping materials, are connected via the cylindrical body 1. There is. By adopting this configuration, even if the pipe connection port 2 and the pipe connection port 3 become close to each other during construction or due to the influence of thermal expansion, the cylindrical body 1
Since the pipe connection port 2 and the pipe connection port 3 do not come into direct contact with each other, there is no risk of corrosion. Note that 4 is a clamper, and 1b and 1c are ring-shaped projections provided on the inner and outer surfaces of both ends.

Effects of the Idea As described above, when dissimilar metal piping is used, corrosion can be prevented by using a cylindrical body whose inner diameter at the center is smaller than the inner diameter at both ends.
