However, this system was labor-saving because it required a supervisor to monitor the monitor screen at all times. For this reason, systems are being adopted that do not require supervisors all the time, but instead check only when there is an abnormality. The feature of this system is that when it is combined with a sensor, when the sensor detects an image, the camera captures the scene and confirms it on the monitor. The above system is a very labor-saving system that requires a person to constantly look at the monitor screen, while the latter system is a labor-saving system that only displays the necessary images when the sensor is activated. It is a highly advanced system compared to the previous systems, as it is projected onto the screen and is viewed by humans only when there is an abnormality. However, the sensor used in the latter system is currently an infrared sensor, but there are problems with this sensor. The problem is that the infrared sensor is a straight line of light, and the transmitter and receiver are opposed to each other. Therefore, it is often impossible to detect the desired sensor area due to limitations such as the installation location, and there is also a limit to the distance that infrared rays can be transmitted at 2 to 300 meters.
Another problem is that the construction costs for sensor installation and wiring work are high.

0 allows images from each camera 2 to be switched and displayed on the screen 3. When the light pen 6 is brought into contact with the screen 3 along the boundary of the hazardous area 4 of the scene, a plurality of sensor points 5 will set the said boundary on the screen 3. When the moving image 8 of the moving object appearing on the screen 3 comes into contact with the sensor point 5, the sensor circuit 9 operates and an alarm signal circuit 11 issues an alarm.

Please use the camera 2.2 on the stand to take pictures of the front and sides (Fig. 4).
One camera 2 can three-dimensionally photograph the dangerous area 4 from the front, side, and a direction intersecting the plane, that is, from an oblique direction (FIGS. 9 and 10). A position detection circuit 7 (address detection circuit) capable of setting a large number of sensor points 5 displaying this area 4 with a light pen 6 is provided, and a sensor detects a moving image 8 touching the points 5 on the television screen 3. Use the light pen attached to the thod Ray Tube1 display device. The light pen 6 has a built-in photoelectric conversion element, so when the tip of the light pen 6 is placed on the TV screen 3, the photoelectric conversion element senses the electron beam, which is a scanning video signal, and the address detection circuit 7 detects the electron beam. The positions are stored in a matrix arrangement in graphics RAM.

Due to the function of the sensor, it is a problem for the device to detect clouds, rain, snow, etc. Therefore, in order to take in only a certain analog amount as a sensor signal, it is selected by the calculation circuit 7. The video is captured by the television camera 2, and is generated from the television signal generation circuit 16 as a television signal in which a video signal, a synchronization signal, etc. are combined. A display control circuit 17 extracts a synchronization signal from this television signal. By this synchronization signal, the calculation information in the address synchronized with the television scan is provided from the graphic RAM 18 to the alarm signal 11 and the scan conversion circuit 19. This scan conversion circuit 19
Then, a composite signal of the television signal and the calculation information is synchronized with the scan signal and displayed on the monitor television l.

When several cameras 2 are used and simultaneous monitoring is performed, it is necessary to display the image of the camera that sensed the alarm on the monitor television 1, which is the automatic camera switching circuit 10. The video signal captured by the camera 2 is displayed as an image on the monitor television 1, but since the image is displayed on a surface, the distance cannot be seen. Therefore, although vertical movement can be detected, the distance cannot be seen. Use the first camera, the second camera is 4 times from the first camera.
The image is taken at a 5-degree angle, and the second camera 2 takes pictures of the front and side faces diagonally. In this way, it is possible to monitor both the bottom and the near and far, making it possible to monitor a three-dimensional surface. The circuit also includes a system circuit that issues an alarm only when the two cameras 2 sense the same point.

With this device, a sensor area can be created anywhere that can be photographed by a television camera, so sensors can be placed in three-dimensional areas anywhere that can be photographed by a television camera, such as in the sky, on the sea, or in dangerous areas. It can be installed in Conventionally, sensors were two-dimensional detection means that were installed on-site and detected there, but the device of the present invention does not install sensors on-site and detects movement using video images captured by a television camera. This makes dimensional detection possible.
