The conventional halogen bulb described above has a structure in which the glass tube part is fixedly supported using heat-resistant cement, so special equipment is required to harden the heat-resistant cement, and moreover, it requires a special device to harden the heat-resistant cement during the assembly process. Since it takes time to harden, it must be left alone during that time, which poses the problem of extremely poor workability.

In addition, after the heat-resistant cement hardens, it absorbs moisture from the atmosphere and is affected by humidity, so if you attach the assembled halogen bulb to the light fixture,
There is also the disadvantage that when the halogen bulb d is turned on, cloudiness occurs inside the lamp chamber.

In order to eliminate the troubles caused by heat-resistant cement as described above, for example, the lid-like member 1d in the conventional example shown in FIG. 1 is fixed to the holder 1b, and the opening 1d -1 of the lid-like member and the pinch seal portion 1a It is also conceivable to tightly fit the glass tube parts and firmly support the glass tube part without using heat-resistant cement. However, if the structure is such that the glass tube part is fixedly supported by a rigid member as in the above-mentioned proposal, the filament 1e sealed in the glass tube part is held in the holder 1b.
It is difficult to adjust the position to the desired position.

In the state shown in FIG. 3, if the adapter 8 is shifted appropriately using the fitting margin of the adapter 8 to the tube 6 to adjust the position of the filament 1e, the lead wire 3 fixed to the support (for example, 4c) When the force is applied, there is a possibility that the pinch seal portion 1a may be damaged or the wire may be broken within the pinch seal portion. In FIG. 3, four lead wires 3 are overlapped, but each of the plurality of lead wires has the above-mentioned problem.

The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and it is possible to adjust the position of the filament and fix it without using heat-resistant cement. Moreover, when adjusting the position of the filament, a large force is applied to the lead wire to prevent pinch sealing. The purpose is to provide a halogen bulb that is free from the risk of adversely affecting the environment.

In order to achieve the above object, the halogen bulb of the present invention has a metal tube fitted into a resin cylindrical holder, a sleeve fitted to the pinch seal part of the valve, and an adapter with the above sleeve attached. Attach the circumference of the tube to the tip of the tube,
and in a halogen bulb in which a tip of a rod-shaped support fixed to a partition plate perpendicular to the axis of the cylindrical holder is fixed to a lead wire of the valve to conduct electricity, the rod-shaped support is connected to the lead wire. It is characterized in that it is thinner than a wire, and that the vicinity of the tip of the rod-shaped support is bent to be approximately perpendicular to the lead wire.

The supports 4a', 4c', and 4d' of this embodiment are made of flexible and easily plastically deformable copper wires, and their diameters are smaller than those of the conventional supports 4a, 4c, and 4d, and are smaller than the lead wires 3a to 3d. It is made thin, and the vicinity of its tip is bent to be approximately perpendicular to the lead wires 3a to 3d. In the present invention, "substantially orthogonal" means that two rod-shaped or linear members are in a positional relationship that is close to orthogonal to each other.

When carrying out the present invention, it is possible to configure the support with a flexible material, to configure the support to be thinner than the lead wire, or to both.In short, the support can be configured to be thinner than the lead wire. Constructed to be easily flexible. In the present invention, "easy to bend" means at least one of easy to plastically deform and easy to elastically deform.

In the embodiment configured as described above (FIG. 4), when the fitting portions of the adapter 8 and the tube 6 are shifted relative to each other in order to adjust the position of the filament 1e, the thinner and softer support 4a', 4
c' and 4d' are bent and do not apply a large force to the lead wires 3a to 3d. Since the vicinity of the tip of the support is bent, it is easy to bend and there is no risk of applying a large force to the lead wires 3a to 3d. Therefore, there is no risk of inducing damage or disconnection in the pinch seal portion 1a.

As detailed above, the halogen bulb of the present invention can fixedly support the glass tube part without using heat-resistant cement, and the filament position can be adjusted, and when making adjustments, a large force is not applied to the lead wire. An excellent practical effect can be obtained in that there is no risk of adversely affecting the pinch seal portion.
