As described above, the conventional configuration of an ultrasonic delay line has problems such as requiring two pieces of cushioning material 4 to prevent damage to the glass delay medium 1 when dropped, resulting in a large number of parts and an increase in thickness. Ta.

In addition, in this configuration of the ultrasonic delay line, the buffer material 4 inserted between the upper case 2 and the glass delay medium 1 is likely to be misaligned during this series of manufacturing processes, and when the case is sealed, the buffer material 4 is easily misaligned. There was a problem that crowding phenomenon easily occurred.

With this configuration, the number of parts was reduced, and as a result, it became possible to improve workability. In addition, with this configuration, the fall impact performance of the ultrasonic delay line, which is a concern, can be alleviated because there is space other than the bonded inner wall surface, so drop impact energy does not directly propagate from the case, and the bonded The impact energy of a drop from the surface of the case is absorbed by the thickness and viscosity of the double-sided adhesive tape.

As shown in FIG.
Press it lightly to store it. From this point on, the glass delay medium 1 is positioned and fixed to the lower case 3, and the phenomenon of jamming of the conventionally used cushioning material 4 does not occur, making the workability of sealing the upper case 2 much better than before. .

Furthermore, since one double-sided adhesive tape 8 is used in place of the conventional two cushioning materials, the overall structure can be made thinner than the conventional one.

Effects of the invention As described above, this invention has a structure in which double-sided adhesive tape is attached to the inner wall of the case.
There is no misalignment of the glass delay medium, the double-sided adhesive tape has a shock-absorbing effect, and there is space inside the case, so it is resistant to drop impacts.
It has a very strong structure. Furthermore, since the number of parts is reduced, it is easier to assemble than the conventional assembly method.
